If you need carpet or floor finish Andrew is a great person to work with. His colleague (I think his name is James) is also excellent to work with. I am so happy I visited them, after a bad experience in another branch of Lowe's.

I like this kids workshop by Lowes store every month, it is really good activity to get your kids involved in to build some thing out of the given materials and help them to build trust and motivation.
Recommend for all parents to bring their kids to this awesome activity.

Plants are quite cool and with good price too.

I dont know how Lowes manages it but I always find everything I need immediately thanks to their website listing aisle and bay locations for items saves so much time.

Home depot is closer to me by a good 10 minutes or more but I've given up can never find what I need and no employees ever are available to help.

It's funny because back in Texas I find it to be the exact opposite Lowes employees can't find a thing and Home depots got everything you need. Funny how that is.

Jim from the floor and tile area was very helpful.
They have a great and bigger selection everything I need for my bathroom remodel - mirrors, vanity, tiles, faucets and shower doors.
Staff at checkout were super nice too!

I was surprised that Lowe's didn't have a dedicated section on its website to provide feedback for its associates. Anyway, I visited Lowe's of Fairfax and after getting tossed around a bit, I was connected with the Assistant Store Manager, Norma Jones. While fielding questions from customers and employees, she personally walked me through the store to assist with my order. If Lowe's could figure out how to clone Ms. Jones, they would probably double their revenue at every location. Whatever she is getting paid, it isn't enough. Couldn't have asked for better customer service.

The staff are enormously helpful, very polite, and extremely knoledgeable. Hands down Lowe's Fairfax is the best hardware and home improvement department store in Northern Virginia!

Lowes is my place to shop for hardware. Great staff, very knowledgeable, helpful. As a military retiree, great discounts and service appreciated.

Went and got spare keys for mom. I'm so happy they had a great variety of different colors to choose from so that you can use certain keys to identify certain doors for your house. And the guy who helped me do the keys he was so nice. Thank you for the great experience. I went to get another key made for the house.

Amazing delivery service, I ordered gardening soil and they delivered it in less than 10 hours😳. I still can’t believe it👏.

I was so excited when they build the Lowe’s in Fairfax because before I had to drive all the way to Chantilly. I have always received friendly customer service and support when needed. I love and appreciate their military discount. We have done many projects but this particular visit I was updating my shower. The cost is reasonable and the instructions clear. I love my new shower head. I prefer Lowe’s better than any other similar stores.

Love lowes so many options. Just like home depot. Both great stores.

By far, the friendliest and most helpful employees I have ever encountered in a Lowe's. This store has an excellent selection of the things you would expect to find at a Lowe's. Most highly recommended!

We needed help and we were lucky enough to quickly find John, a amazing veteran, to help us! He helped us cut a piece of plexiglass, and drill a hole in it with a bit we purchased to meet our project needs. He helped us find the best screws, washers, nuts and silicone sealant for our project. We were worried how we could possibly cut this thing without a saw and John helped us out. This man is amazing. Thank you John and Lowe’s!

I live in Manassas and had to go to this store because the Manassas store did not have the driveway sealer and patch that I was looking for. I had been checking for months! Anyway, I parked right up front went in and was immediately greeted by someone that promptly directed me to the driveway patch and sealer. Was in and out in 10 minutes with everything I needed. Great customer service and great store. The Manassas Lowe's could learn a lot from the way this store is run. Great job folks! Thanks!

I had such a great experience at Lowe's Fairfax today. An associate named Edwin volunteered to help me with a problem I had, and took the extra time and effort to find what I needed. I am grateful for having met this young man...he truly made my day!

I absolutely love how Lowe's is organized and offers such a welcoming environment vs HomeDepot... and the price difference is not even significant... Clean shelves and helpful staff...
