Great location, awesome staff, and very thorough to ensure you successfully receive the correct item you're there for.

They helped me install the car trailer and a quick 101 on how to use it. The price is affordable and it matched my vehicle as needed. This site also has a lot of merchandise for moving. Easy to get to, but parking can be iffy if it's busy.

Great staff, quick work! I was scheduled for a trailer hitch install and called to ask a question a few days prior - they offered to fit me in the next day. Would recommend for hitch installs, truck rental, and storage.

Outstanding customer service!! Shane was sooo helpful. I felt like I was asking a lot but he told me he loves his job and you can tell he does. He was amazing. Jackson and Salvador were good as well. One the best experiences I’ve had at a Uhaul.

Delaney Sydney and Bob were great to work with my brother and I are moving to Winchester and needed to rent a trailer and they helped us and the price was perfect. Good lochion for this company very helpful staff on getting the storage places set up they have locks they offered it all kinds of stuff for packing they have very good security at the storage facility it's very safe there for your items they have trucks and vehicles there that you can use when you need to rent one and they have all kinds of boxes and other kind of stuff for packing very good experience you will not be disappointed with this location of U-Haul

First time renting a pull-behind trailer and I was a bit nervous. But from beginning to end, this was a stellar experience. Check-in on a Friday afternoon was very fast. Staff member met us at the trailer and hooked it up for us. Provided an extension cord for my light kit (PSA, make sure you have a light kit or they will not let you rent their trailers...and installing one is not an easy process.) Was very helpful in providing some tips and answering my questions. Check-in on a Tuesday afternoon was super fast. Overall the trailer was in good condition and worked great. If I had one request it would be that they included tie down hooks on the part that drops down in the back. This will be my go-to place for rentals moving forward.

Well run U-Haul location with everything you need to make your move easier. The staff were very friendly and quite helpful and everything went very smoothly during my turn-in process. The facility was very clean and although I didn’t need a storage unit, I would feel confident storing things here.

There was a billing error with my most recent rental. I was afraid I would have to fight tooth and nail to get my money back (as you usually do in these types of scenarios), but instead they were totally understanding and helped resolve the issue painlessly. I don’t do many reviews, but the high quality of employee service and the site facilities at this U-Haul location cannot go unmentioned. I found each employee will bend over backwards for you. Whatever instilled the cultural tone of this branch, franchise owners would do well to visit this Uhaul team to see how they operate. Simply impressive. Great people, great service. Highly recommend.

Consistently excellent customer service. I haven't needed a truck or anything, but I've been here a half dozen times to buy boxes etc. They've been awesome and so helpful every time, even though half the time I'm rudely showing up 5 minutes before close. Never made me feel bad about it (which would've been reasonable!). Always helped me find stuff and offered to take it to my car. Every staff person I've interacted with has been excellent. Moving is truly horrible and this has been a surprisingly bright spot.

I had a wonderful experience at this U-Haul location. I placed an order online for almost $400 worth of moving supplies for pickup. When I arrived to the location to pick up my order, I quickly realized everything wouldn't fit into my Camry! The employees were super kind and helpful. I highly recommend this location (avoid the Woodbridge one if you can!).
