AT&T Store

Michael is the epitome of great customer service & went above and beyond his core responsibility to assist in adjustments to my service. After a few poor experiences at other locations I now have two reasons to keep coming back to this location. If you want knowledge & efficient assistance then he's your man!

A heartfelt thank you to Michael and Allan - the best AT&T representatives ever!!! While travelling overseas, I was pick pocketed and had my iPhone stolen out of my jacket (which I was wearing) in London. I stopped by the store and Allan helped me navigate Asurion to help order a replacement. He also advised me on contacting Apple since I forgot my password.

Once I received my replacement, I returned to the store and Allan set up the new phone (even remembered my name). Meanwhile, - Michael stepped in to assist me with picking a new phone case, pop socket and screen protector. Michael patiently listened and without a beat helped me find a more "girlie" design.

While having my iPhone stolen was traumatic in a foreign country, Allan and Michael smoothed the way and made getting a new phone fully setup seamless and speedy. Hats off to both gentlemen! p.s. 10+ star rating!!!

Camp Washington att is the only one I go to. These guys are knowledgeable friendly and eager to help.not once have I had a rude ‘know it all’ encounter but everyone there did know thier products, services and prices. Can’t say too much more than what has already been said in other comments so I’ll leave it with one last comment if you’re looking for a good phone service and att store ‘DO NOT’ overlook this particular att store. Great job guys.

I will rate it 6 out of 5! The entire team, each and every time I visited and each person is very very helpful and friendly. Hard to find such a great team! Great leadership and great teamwork!

I spent a long time today with 2 associates, Dre and Warren. I had so many questions about my new IPhone, and they had answers to every one of them! I am an older ATT client, and there are many new features on these newer phones. Dre and Warren are each exceptionally patient. They know the phones and what they are capable of—I learned so much in such a short time. Warren and Dre are the best—and I recommend them without reservation. Definitely Five Star service!

This was one the easiest customer services experience I've had for a while. Although the hours of operation weren't correct the wait was worth it. The customer service rep. Juan Amaya was well informed about the service plan and provided conscientious attention to my service needs. Because of his excellent service I'll continue to do business with AT&T for the future. I walked into the store thinking I was just getting a new iPhone - but I left feeling better informed & extremely well taken care of. Marchion was my sales representative & he walked me through the various features of each phone with NO Pressure Tactics. He assisted me with choosing tasteful & functional accessories to make my connectivity more efficient but also expressive of my individual personality & wishes. And the SAVINGS he found for me? - WOW! Together with the store’s manager, Lauryn, he slashed costs for individual items, maximizing my discounts, and set me up on a better monthly plan than the one I had been using. i came back to the store and saw a lady called Elizabeth, She was very knowledgeable and very friendly, and she was able to answer all my questions. she help-ed me so much and even spoke about Direct TV. i was very pleased with her and how professional she was. I can not tell you what a pleasure it was to see someone dressed professionally and not chewing gum in my and face. her area was very neat as well, not messy like the other person i spoke to. because of Elizabeth i will be doing more business with your store, but only if i deal with Elizabeth and no one else!! You need more employees like Elizabeth!! Thank you Elizabeth!!!

I had the most enjoyable experience at any service or consumer goods store. not only the representative in store but also the lovely lady that made the delivery what courteous friendly helpful had my best interest in mind. and even helped me to get some more services I was not aware were available. I'm still waiting to see what the AT&t TV looks like but I'm sure it'll be great.

Ricardo was a great help! He was able to answer all of our questions and get us out in record time. He was able to help us with backorder items and get us what we needed right there and then. He even found a redundant insurance policy and had it removed promptly. Will definitely be going back to see him!

So I went to the store to upgrade my phone and Mike one of the store representative was extremely friendly . He took time to analyze my plan and suggested the best one for me . He definitely went above and beyond to make sure I feel welcomed . I absolutely will recommend him to everyone of my friends as well as the location . I wish I remembered the gentleman's name who assisted with our transaction, I feel bad for not asking. He was patient and positive with us while we were trying to get information from out previous carriers. Definitely enjoyed the service and switching from Verizon was a breeze.

For those concerned, I also noticed their measures of COVID-19 precautions. They lock the front door to keep the indoor capacity low and keep clients distanced from others. Hand sanitizer at the front door and cleaning surface areas between transactions with clients.

Customer service is alive and well at this location! Lauryn and Machion went above and beyond to make sure all of our devices were set up correctly and helped us save money each month. So grateful we walked in here today. We will send friends and family here from now on.

This location provides outstanding customer services. Our visit to the store earlier today is to upgrade 2 phones and get 4 new phones. The staff were professional, high skilled, courteous and patience as we are not good at new technology. They also completed all 6 phones in 2 hours and 15 minutes. We were extremely pleased and want to share our experience.
