Stella was wonderful to work with and was such a huge help every step of the way in furnishing our new living room! She was also able to help me get financing taken care of (even with my currently not so great credit)! An overall awesome experience!

Walked into Ashley Furniture on Laburnum on a whim and left with EVERYTHING we needed! The store manager, Stella, greeted us immediately and provided exactly the right amount of care and concern: available without hovering, and informative without overloading us with unnecessary information. We spent probably two hours here and Stella’s energy remained high, both professional and approachable. The quality of the furniture is very good, the warranty extremely comprehensive, and the prices are terrific. We appreciate the support!

George was very helpful and a joy to speak with. He didn’t push us into anything and even suggested ways to save money on delivery and such. I am very happy with our purchase and will be coming back for future furniture purchases. Hopefully with George’s help again!

Cody was very pleasant and helpful. He gave me time and space to look around and checked in with me periodically to see if I had any questions. When I was ready to purchase, he was very knowledgeable about the products and offered me options for the price point I was looking for. I am walking out a satisfied customer.

A very, very pleasant shopping experience. The manager Stella greeted us warmly but gave us space to browse. She answered questions patiently, provided all information needed, and checked without being overbearing. She was a pleasure to work with, and we got some great pricing on Presidents Day. We would definitely buy from Ashley on S Laburnum again!!

Andre at the Laburnum location was great. My husband and I were undecided on what we wanted and had to come back a few times to make a decision. Andre was patient and knowledgeable through it all; even being available through text on his day off! We finally made a purchase that was best for the space we needed, and the order was seamless. Can't wait to get the sofa in and hope delivery will be just as pleasant.

This place is great, we just bought our new sectional from there and dealt with Greg, he was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in to the time we walked out the door, great customer service and very friendly, thanks again Greg! It was a pleasure working with you!

Well educated staff, especially Andre he was my sales representative. Very patient and understanding of my inability to stay focused due to my medical issues. He offered to return back to the store after I had spent much time making a decision. I appreciate all efforts to assist with making my purchase. I have to thank Stella, how I was undecided about color choice, she pointed out furniture that would bring out accents. I would also like the thank Christie for helping me out during checkout.

Have not had a positive experience with Ashley furniture in the past but this location at white oak village was awesome and Stella was amazing! She helped us through everything without being pushy and was very kind, friendly and made the process easy. Highly recommend!

Jshuane was AMAZING!! He took not just hours but DAYS with us looking for a budget friendly option for our first home. He is the most kind, patient, and honest person we had assist us and we went to MANY furniture companies to find the perfect living room set. He did not pressure us at all. All The staff were so friendly, but Andre specifically was amazing. I needed my sofa before Saturday & He made accommodations &did everything to make sure that I was able to get it before that day! I’m so grateful & absolutely appreciative & would highly recommend.

We ended up purchasing a new king size bed from her at the Ashley store at the Laburnum location… I would recommend her to anyone! She’s not a very pushy saleswoman at all. Darius was awesome.! Super friendly. I visited the store previously and was blow away by his customer service skills. I promised WHEN I returned. I would request him specifically. He was able to multitask well. Working with 3 customers at the time. And handled us all with the diligence and patience required to close each sale. I am highly impressed by Darius. When I return I will absolutely request to handle my further needs through Darius. Your Company is fortunate to have representation like Darius. I’m a time where it’s difficult to find good help. Isaiah helped us find a sofa for our living room. He was the most knowledgeable person that has ever helped us. He was not overbearing, nor did he say anything just to make a sell. He listened to our needs and showed us items that met them. I would recommend Isaiah to everyone!
