What a pleasure, I had a woman named Gabi help me at the front counter. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and fast! I was in and out within 30 minutes! She made sure to inform me of all of the additional information I might need such as how to proceed with getting insurance added to my unit, etc. Thank you Gabi for a wonderful experience! Looking forward to having a beautiful, clean and safe space to store, my holiday decorations!

This public storage offers exceptional customer service! I was treated at the front by Gaby, who went above and beyond to get me set up with my storage unit. She thoroughly explained all the policies and pricing in a very respectful and professional manner.

Great location for a few reasons but the main reason is the staff.

The location is always clean and has plenty of carts for moving items in and out.

If you need a unit, this is the place to look.

From the second I walked in, Danielle made me feel welcome & went above and beyond to help me figure out the best option! She was so helpful & made what was already a stressful process much easier. Patrice is an excellent employee. She is always able to answer my questions and take care of whatever is needed. She has great energy and personality. She makes my day especially when I am dealing with difficult moving and storage tasks.

It’s been a very long time since I’ve had to use any type of storage (like 30 years). Moving in was a breeze. I have to say it was so simple and easy to do. Patrice the property manager is amazing. She really knows her stuff and is always friendly and courteous. Willing to stay late and help in any way she can. If I could add another star just for her I would. Moving out was even easier than moving in! I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking. Thanks for all you do Patrice!

Patrice is beyond wonderful! I never write reviews because I rarely find any service worth my time to review. Well not here. I came in to rent a storage unit and I have to say that I was ready to offer Patrice a job myself by the time I left. In addition to having a great attitude and personality, she was so knowledgeable and provided me with information I didn’t even realize I needed. I hope this company recognizes the great on site manager they have here!
