The store manager Marcos Rodriguez-Novo really knows how to treat customers with kindness and respect. I had a problem with my iPhone11 and he helped me step by step on fixing the issue he didn’t hesitate at all to step in and help me until we resolved that issue with my phone. The whole time he was really nice and informative about the problem my iPhone was having. Hands down the best customer experience in my life. I hope t-mobile recognize what a great store manager he is. Keep up the great work Marcos !!!

Team member Tay helped me get a new phone and open 2 lines for my kiddos. Tay was very knowledgeable and patient person. She knew what she had to do and helped me save more $ on my account. Even though the system processing these transactions was going fairly slow, she still managed to help other customers waiting for service and help me still. She was just an awesome person to deal with and a pleasant experience overall. She deserves a raise+ steady hours because I would love to find her here if I ever need to come back in for service. The Coral Springs store is manned by exceptional technicians that are able to work any issues just like Taylor. Is incredibly the ability of Taylor to assist with smile and a desire to help and fix any issues.

Went to get the new Iphone 12 for my wife. The person we spoke with was good letting us know that the phone will become available on Dec 1. They treated ua well and will be going back.

I went there because my data connection was very slow with Facebok videos. I Called T-Mobile and they told me to go any store to change my Simcard. Very Friendly Staff, the did their best to help me solve the issue with my Samsung edge 7 data. They delete some data and reinstall the Facebook app. It seems to be working now.
