Ryan was extremely helpful and patient helping me set up my new iPhone. The SIM card had failed and he was able to work quite a bit to diagnose the problem and did so despite a lot of customers in the store. Very pleasant and courteous and ultimately effective in solving my problem.

I was in the store for the first time today and was taken care of by Ryan. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He got me the information i needed about my account and set me up to be able to save money with my purchase. I was able to be in and out within 10 minutes. I highly recommend this location.

I’ve been an AT&T customer for over 25 years and I have always gone to the corporate stores for service and product purchases. Since I’m an iPhone user I’ve actually just focused on Apple stores over the last few years. However, my experience tonight at this AT&T authorized retailer has completely changed my feelings regarding non-corporate locations. Ryan (the Store Manager) provided the level of customer service to my wife and me like I’ve never experienced as an AT&T customer in all
the years I’ve been with AT&T. I will never go anywhere else now bc of the level of service Ryan provided to us. AT&T corporate stores could take some lessons from him. Thank you Ryan! You now have a customer for life.

My wife and I received excellent customer service. Store manager Ryan is excellent. He notified me of a BOGO deal ATT was offering for a limited time. He activated, transferred and explained our new phones in great detail. Very knowledgeable and great customer service skills!

I visited this location on my lunch break and was assisted by Carlos. He was so efficient, professional, and kind. I was in and out within 30 minutes!! A record for ANY mobile store. His product knowledge and demeanor were impressive. I'd recommend this location and Carlos specifically to anyone. 💯

I wanted to update my review of this particular store and again Ryan Wimmer, who btw is now the store manager.
I again made a mistake and went to the Corporate AT&T Store in Coral Springs. Again, I was disappointed. All I wanted to do is upgrade my two iPhones and wanted to pay cash for them. Easy right? Not so. It is the policy of AT&T not to sell the phones with one payment. I was told I would have to pay for them over 24 or 30 months, my choice. My choice was to leave the store. I went to see Ryan, who told my not only may I pay for them at one time he also offered a trade-in for each phone. Not only that I was offered an iPad for a very low price which I immediately accepted.
Ryan went out of his way to accommodate us.
Trust me, well worth making the trip to this store. He has saved my business with AT&T Twice!! Doesn't get any better than that.

Both Ryan and Melissa are the best, they are truly dedicated employees with excellent customer service skills. Just hope that the techician scheduled to install our services does a great job as well.
