I truly could not be happier with my experience at Ortho Virginia! My daughter fell and got hurt one night, and I had to take her to the ER. I was referred to an orthopedic surgeon at that same hospital the next day for further examination and to discuss what to do next. Long story short, I was extremely disappointed with those results, because my daughter and I left the Ortho appointment the next day with her still in extreme pain and basically no answers because we had been told 3 different things were wrong with her within the last 18 hours, 2 of which were by the same doctor who had changed his mind within the hour.

The next day with her in even worse pain than before, I decided to visit Ortho Virginia in Farmville. We were met at the door with a smile and taken in immediately. As soon as we were checked in, we were taken back. Straight from there they discussed with us what was going on and determined to take their own x-rays, and from there ended up finding out the ACTUAL problem. They were able to give my daughter a very nice harder splint with a sling, and since she isn't just moving her arm freely around anymore now the way the other hospital had her doing, her pain is starting to get a little better, slowly but surely. I am SO, SO, SO grateful to Ortho Virginia and their attentiveness to my daughter and for giving her the help she needed. Thank you so much!

Great staff! They offer therapy, orthopedic care and walk in, same day service as well as appointments. Everyone is friendly! Open Monday through Friday 8-12 & 1-5.

The staff and Dr.Garnet was very professional. The doctor took the time to make sure I understood everything going with my shoulder. He answered all my questions and made sure i was comfortable with my shoulder surgery. I will come back if i ever need him again.

Care was excellent. Staff was responsive and pleasant and the facility was conveniently located not too far from my home. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Garnett is a gifted surgeon. He is relaxed, friendly and cares about me as a patient. He is so experienced with the procedure that he knew spot on the issue and how to fix it. I've never seen him in a hurry. He is willing to spend as much time as necessary to answer questions and put me at ease.

A great doctor has a great team also. Dr. Garnett's team of medical professionals are wonderful. They are friendly, and exemplary in every way as is necessary to help me.

I am grateful to Dr. Garnett and everyone on his team for their help and encouragement.

I've been to Orthro of Virginia on 3 different occasions. My back , knee & shoulder. I've been tested with respect every time. The doctors always helped my issues. I'd recommend that if you have anything to go see any of there doctors.
