Where to start. Mike Sellers was our first contact when he came out to give us a quote. He was an amazing human. Super respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. The few time I called into the office to check the status of the install the people on the phone were very helpful. They actually installed a week early because they had an opening which was awesome. The product is beautiful and we couldn’t me happier with it. Thank you to all who made it happen. We will recommend you to everyone we know.

Secure Fence & Rail did an absolute fantastic job. From start to finish Ryan was friendly, informative and very knowledgeable of his trade. The entire process was a breeze. They handled permits, surveys, showed exactly when they said they would-did the job in one day, and transformed our yard into the two dogs’s playfield. I would highly recommend using them and would use them in the future if I ever needed more done! Ty everyone who was involved !!!

Great, courteous, hard working crew, kept the work area neat and clean. Now I have a beautiful vinyl fence. The company kept me informed as it got closer to the installation day. I highly recommend them.

This was our second fence with SF&R. Black 5' aluminum with puppy picket as approved for neighborhood. We did get other quotes, all of which were thousands more. Same materials, so it wasn't a quality issue.

Another local company told me they just can't compete with SF&R due to the fact they can't obtain the same material pricing due to lack of bulk orders.

Overall great experience with Julio in sales, and Theron (sales manager). The scheduling dept Todd and Emily went above and beyond to get us in upon closing. Permit was pulled at point of sale.

Vince flagged the property on the same day as promised. CORY the installer did the entire job himself with no help. He was kind and polite, completed an initial walkthrough to make sure the scope was correct, and did the final walkthrough as well. Bobby the owner spoke to us when we called to congratulate all involved. Keep up the good work SF&R.

Secure Fence and Rail are professional, responsive, and very patient. We had to get HOA approval which took awhile and we had to push back our installation date multiple times. They were extremely nice each time about it. We received many updates leading up to install day. When the day came, it took Trevon and Tim only 4 hours and as you can see from the photos they did an excellent job! We are very happy with our new fence and highly recommend Secure Fence and Rail!

Secure Fence and Rail did an outstanding job on the installation of my new fence. It took about 1.5 days to complete. The crew they sent out plotted the fence and started installation right away. The crew were professional and courteous, and made sure the fence looked picture perfect. The fencing project was reasonable and an option to finance was offered.

My only major issue was that because of supplier issues it took about 2 and a half months wait, but this is a supplier issue rather than the company's fault. A smaller issue they failed to wipe down some areas where dirt got on the fence, but I am a neat freak anyway.

Secure did an AMAZING job installing my vinyl privacy fence and 2 gates! The installing crew was Corey and Matthew who arrived on time and was professional from beginning to end! Go with Secure if you don't want delays, headaches and overpriced quotes. They gave us the BEST quote which was very affordable and they installed within a few weeks after we signed the contract. Great team of experts. Fence was delayed due to supply chain issues but they kept me up to date all the way up to install day. the two gentlemen who came out, Corey and Jasper, came out on a Saturday because they got rained out on Friday! Great guys! Never stopped until the job was done. After the install they walked me through the lawn and showed me the features. Cleaned everything up and it looked as if they had never been there. I absolutely would work with this team again!

Not sure if Corey is your best installer, but he sure seemed like it! He was great to work with and I’d recommend him to anyone looking to install a new fence through Secure Fence and Rail.

It was a flawless operation from our Estimator to Victor's team. They all were professional and timely. We were amazed how quick and efficent they were. They removed our old wooden fence so quickly. We had 179 feet of vinyl fencing done in just under 2 days. Victor and his team mate did so much work. After it was all done. . . It looks so amazing. . . Thanks everyone. . . I will definitely suggest to anyone that asks. . . Secure Fence and Rail. .. . Just like the US Mail. . . They deliver!!!

In early Dec 2022 I contacted Secure Fence and Rail to fix our HOA fence which was purchased July 2016. Julio came out on Dec 9th and wrote up the repairs. After I texted our original completed contract to the Secretary, a serviceman came out on Dec 19th repaired the fence and replaced two broken fence caps.
This company is awesome and outstanding in customer service.
I highly recommend this company for any type of fence. They stand behind their work to give 100% satisfaction.

We are very pleased with our experience with Secure Fence & Rail. The sales person Dan was great, he explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. We got 3 quotes and Secure was the lowest cost quote and we also felt the most comfortable selecting them anyway based on the sales pitch and what they offered. From the time we signed the contract until installation we needed to contact the main office a few times and it usually went to voice mail but we received a call back each time before the end of the day. The installation went very well. We have a large yard and it took 2 days but the crew worked over the weekend to complete the job. The crew of Corey & Jasper were hard workers, they did a great job and answered all of our questions. We are excited to now be out in our yard and have a lot of plans for it now that the fence is complete!

Just got my new fence installed and it looks great. I am very pleased with the whole experience, once I contacted them the whole process was smooth, everyone is super friendly. Thank you Danny but thumbs up for Ryan and Trey who worked in the cold, cold wind with a smile on their faces.

The Secure Fence Sales and Installation teams were fantastic and great to work with on this project. The installation team was skilled and professional and were intent upon meeting our goal of securing our pets' safety while also providing an aesthetically beautiful fence. This is an excellent company. We got a Board on Board wood fence with 6x6 posts. I am so happy with the way it turned out! The permit process took a while, however, once that was done, we were scheduled for our installation. We have a fairly large backyard -- so when they said our fence would be installed in 3 days, including hauling off all of that old fencing, I was a little skeptical, however, they delivered exactly what was promised! Todd, who is a manager and in charge of the crews and scheduling did a geat job in keeping me informed. Victor, who was in charge of our job, was professional and courteous. Also, about 2 weeks after installation, one of their Quality Control guys came out to the property to inspect the fence and make sure that all of the posts were concreted in properly! That impressed me. Definately a great decision to go with Secure Fence and Rail.

Big thank you to Bobby and his team (Heath, Rene, Mark and Joe) for designing and building the best wood fence I've seen. As a carpenter and inspector, I tend to be very critical when it comes to quality craftsmanship and structural integrity and although I have done business with them before I am still blown away with their performance. Pricing was very fair, scheduling, cleanliness were both spot on.

Secure Fence was professional, quick and coureous from estimate through installation. When we found out that our pool company was unable to provide the screen that we'd planned, we scrambled to find a fence contractor that would be able to quickly install a fence that met both pool and HOA standards. We received quotes from several local fence companies and ultimately went with Secure Fence and Rail because they had the product that we wanted within the shortest timeframe and at a competitive price. Several of our neighbors had used and recommended as well. Secure Fence did not disappoint and was even kind enough to move our installation up when we found out that our pool would be completed sooner than we anticipated. The installers were kind and Paige in the office always responded quickly. Customer service is so hard to come by these days and we are very appreciative of Secure Fence for doing such a wonderful job.

So very impressed with the work these guys did. From start to finish it was a nothing but professional. Starting with salesman Daniel, he came out for a quote a year ago so we knew were we stood, what we wanted and such. We were not ready to pull the trigger at that time and he was NOT pushy. Fast forward almost a year and I had 3 companies come out to give estimates including Secure. Daniel was just as great and remembered everything. Also we were worried about how close we could get the fence at the end of our property; he saw how important that was to me and made phone calls BEFORE I signed the contract. His above and beyond sealed the deal for me. The wait time they had told me from the point of signing the contract was 5-7 weeks before install. We were ok with that as we agreed to clear the property ourselves and that would give us time with our busy schedules. I believe we were right at 5 weeks when I got the call for scheduling. I was shocked when they came on a Saturday. Day of install....I could not possibly be more impressed. They sent a 3 man crew so they could try to get in done in one day. Let me tell you, Carlos, Noel and Steven (hope I have the correct spelling) were rock stars! They were like well oiled machines...all 3 had there own "job" and it was flawless. We ran into a few minor issues that we actually pretty much expected since we had to removed trees before their arrival. These issues did not stop them and in fact they worked with us and within minutes it was resolved. I'm rambling I know but their work is totally worth the long review. They cleaned up as they went along, washed the fence as they went along and man I don't even think they took a break! They arrived at about 8:30am and were packed up and ready to go by 3:30pm....COMPLETED! DONE! And there was NO detail left undone. So Secure....well done and please please please recognize your awesome team! This review I will be posting on FB as well. One of the workers was camera shy so I only got two of them :)
