C's Country Diner (Oak Hill)

I had gone into another restaurant that evening. But they refused to set me at a table since I was dining alone and wanted me to eat at the bar.

I thanked them and wanted to found another place to eat, which turned out to be C's County Diner

I am glad that happened.

I ordered the open face pot roast Sandwich and it was better than I was expecting.

On top of that it was very reasonably priced

My server was very attentive. My glass of sweet tea was probably never less than half full during my entire meal.

There is no doubt that the next time I am rolling through here. I'm gonna try something else on their menu.

Great prople great food, thought it might be the only place, so it was what it was but it turned out quite wonderful. Priced reasonably. I will definatly come back.

We love our waitress Alice!!!

The biscuits are great. ( wish they were bigger) food is good. Wish they had more to offer in muffins and danishes ect.

My Lady and I have been on a best burger quest and stopped in the diner on Sunday afternoon for a late lunch/early dinner. We both ordered burgers. She, the deluxe and me, the cowboy. They were excellent and at the top of our list so far. We will be returning and on the recommendation of our server Debbie, we will try the haddock next.

SALAD BAR!!! is wonderful. It has meats, cold salads, vegetables, a variety of toppings, bisquits, dried cranberries, and cookies. The price also includes soup. Today, it was chicken noodle and broccoli cheddar. There are also two types of cookies. All of the items are homemade. The staff is friendly and the prices are right. Stop and try them. Of course, they have a full breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu that is available all day.

What a great place, service with a smile, super friendly, felt more like family. Food, good portion and quality, taste was great. I had the Southern Heap and it did not disappoint. A great place to eat, comfortable, cozy and will be back often!!!

I moved around this area in April and wanted to find me a new spot to eat breakfast on a Sunday without a long wait & this place did not disappoint. We waited 10mins (tops). Destiny was our server! She was quick to grab our drinks, take our order, and bring our food while it was nice & hot. She was very kind to my kids and paid close attention to detail- I felt we were very picky with how we wanted everything on our plates and it was spot on. Everyone was kind & seemed like they genuinely enjoyed their jobs which makes others enjoy the environment. Destiny did a great job!

We will be back again!

Absolutely LOVED this little country gem! I had breakfast for dinner and it was delicious. Chicken and waffles to die for. Our server, Alice, was fantastic. She’s attentive, kind, and has a little bit of sass that just ads to the ambiance and charm of this great spot. 10/10 ⭐

Cracker Barrel better watch out because this restaurant food is top notch country cooking at its finest! Biscuits and gravy is the best I've ever had here! Definitely recommend it for the entire family.

Everyone is very happy with a great attitude. The food is fresh and delicious. Great place to go if you're dreaming of being in Tennessee or some place at North. The atmosphere is very casual, making you feel comfortable. Love the skillets!

I went in there today with a couple friends and the servers were doing amazing despite how busy they were and the wait wasn’t long at all considering how many people there were in there. The food was excellent and hot. Everyone is so hard working I am definitely coming back!

Saw this little Jewel of a Home cooking spot nestled on the country edge of Oakhill and Edgewater off US1. Definately an excellent choice for breakfast! We had the kielbasa scramble and cornbeef breakfast, darn near licked our plates! Brenda was an efficient and friendly server with a great smile! So many menu items for lunch and breakfast we will return!

Visited or dinner. I had the special, which consisted of fried haddock, onion rings, and cole slaw. The haddock and cole slaw were on spot. The onion rings were decent at best. Seemed a little to greasy for my taste. My wife had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes with gravy. She liked her dinner.

Had breakfast at C's Country Diner for the first time, although we've eaten at other C's restaurants. This place is a nice addition to the C's group. Located a short drive south of Edgewater but convenient and worth the trip.

Absolutely loved it! I'm from Wisconsin and love the small town diners and this was exactly that!
The food was great and so was the service!

They offer an AMAZING free soup and salad bar. That also has pastries, fruit, meats, cheese cubes, pastries, etc. the food was awesome and generously portioned. Very sweet and attentive server. & the atmosphere feels like you’re in an actually barn in the country. Super quaint decor. I LOVED IT. I will be making this a regular spot!!

Rustic resturant with delicious menu choices. Lots of tables available, clean and pleasant servers.

Second visit while visiting the area. Came back as food was quick and delicious.

Been here 2 times now after church... Ppl are awesome food was great... Love the sweet tea not took sweet and refreshing... And they yave a decent salad bar 💕💕💕
