AT&T Store

Jorge has always been very helpful. Zarai was great, very thorough with my pre-ordering of the S24 Ultra. I went into the store in a good mood, and exited in an even better mood! I know Jorge reasonably well from our interactions. There's never a dull moment with him, he's a good guy and a good manager. Great store!

I had a problem with my account and did all of the things the online representative told me to do to fix it… Which only made the problem worse. I took my iPhone into the store, and got all the help I needed. Alexandre was patient and thorough, and really helped me out. I would highly recommend going to this location for any account or hardware needs moving forward. This is definitely where I will go, even though there’s a location closer to my home.

Your customer service was outstanding however, I feel like these guys could really use some blinds as they were struggling to even be able to see half the time I was wondering if their
eyes were closed due to the squinting, it’s pretty brutal

I just wanted to say that their team is fantastic. Manager Jorge is a stand up guy and made the jump to ATT smooth and simple. Plus the team treats up with the up most respect everytime I have been in. Not just a sale and moving on. Love the product as well coming from someone who had xfinity wireless

As others have stated, if you are lucky enough to have Elijah helping you — you are in the best hands! I cannot say enough good things about him and the customer service we received. My mom and I had been through a very frustrating 2 weeks with online customer service since she was traveling and finally had the chance to come into the store, and thank goodness we did. He was upbeat and positive the entire time, polite and welcoming to everyone who came into the store, apologetic for the issues we had been having, and went above and beyond to get our issue resolved. If we have any problems in the future, we will gladly drive the 2.5 hours to Ogden again in hopes he is working that day. Thank you again, Elijah!

I'm sorry I cannot remember the young man's name who sold me my phone, im horriblewith names when i have a migrane. But he was honest, and straight forward, everything I expect from a good employee. He even loved our dogs and remembered my friends and her dogs first names. I won't work with anyone but him from now on. Oh and he needs a raise, because anyone who can take care of 5 different people's orders successfully at the same time, while remaining composed, calm, and confident should be promoted to a store manager. I've been in management for 20+years and he is every managers dream employee!!! Thank you again sir!!!

Jorge, the store manager, was great to work with. Switching from another carrier to AT&T took a lot of work. Thanks to Jorge’s patience and persistence, we were finally able to get everything worked out. I would definitely recommend anyone that is looking for a new carrier or phone to work with Jorge

They definitely have great customer service. Especially the guy who helped us. We didn’t have to wait very long to be helped. Elijah had a positive vibe and attitude! Answered every question we had. Didn’t seem bothered by all the things we had to figure out on our line, unlike the other stores. If we ever have anymore questions or concerns, we will be returning back to this store without hesitation.

Keltee and Jorge were the best! I was having some serious phone issues and they helped me troubleshoot and then eventually help me get a new phone and set it up properly! Highly recommend this store.

Ivan was awesome setting up my new iPhone 14 Pro Max 1TB. I was having some issues with the data transfer, but whatever he did, worked! So helpful and nice and not rushing at all.

I recently had a terrible over the phone experience when signing up for AT&T Service and No Representative over the phone would help rectify the situation. I was stuck with this huge bill ,four lines but only two working phones it was just a mess. So I decided to just go into the store. Best thing I did! A girl named Siarra was working and She fixed everything they wouldn’t take the time to do. She was fast and knowledgeable. Also I have never seen anybody multitask as well as she did. She was the only one working and several of us were in there and she took care of all of us at once promptly.very impressive!! She took an incredibly frustrating situation and made it so simple. Great job hiring such a great worker like her. I will always come in to the store now as long as she’s there.

I have always had a great experience with AT&T, but, we were helped by Elijah this evening & there’s not enough good to say! There are people who are MADE to work in customer service and he is one of them! He was so helpful and patient with a hard situation and we left feeling so at ease. Thank you AT&T & Elijah!!

All questions I had were resolved quickly and easily, Elijah was super helpful! Got my phone ordered fast and was awesome the entire transaction!
