Palms Diagnostic Imaging Center

Had a CAT scan today at PALMS. second time there, 1st time was for chest xray and they are awesome. Very polite, friendly and very helpful. Will always go there for any tests I might need in the future. Front desk was great and tech who did CAT was fabulous. Thank you.

I have had several exams at this place, I have had a good experience in customer service. Masiel helped me on the phone, very polite and with a good attitude. The people working at the counter were very friendl.

Had to go to Palms for a chest x-ray. The center was very busy and they warned me ahead of time that the wait was going to be over an hour due to volume. I appreciated the front desk being up front and honest about the wait time, and that they accommodated me for a same day service. The staff and techs were very pleasant as well. Once I was called in for the x-ray I was in and out. Returning to this center for other imaging services I need to get done. 5 star service.

I am a patient at Palms and have always been exttremly happy with the service and care provided. I recommend everyone that needs an imaging test to have the same experience. Jomeris

MRI Technician Lazarea was very efficient…knowledgeable & professional in doing my knee MRI. Also, Staff Ms. Vanessa was extremely polite and saw that my paperwork was promptly processed to get me into the room within eight minutes after arrival. Thanks so much!!I would definitely recommend them again!!!

I had an ultrasound on Tuesday September 19, 2023. Everything went very smoothly as performed by Elsa. My initial phone contacts with Arelys, Giselle, and Massiel, were all very professional and courteous. The facility is very clean and my contacts there with Vanessa and Ivana were also very courteous and professional. I am very glad that my doctor sent me to Palms Diagnostic Imaging Center !

My family and friends have used Palms many times. The have very nice staff and quick service. I have visited other diagnostic centers in the area and I would say they are the best. :)

Hi Belkys! First I want to thank you for scheduling me on such short notice . I really appreciate you helping me out. After working so long in the medical field I felt I needed to share my experience today. When I arrived the lobby was very busy. The 2 girls up front were very pleasant and efficient, everyone was greeted, checked in, etc in a very timely manner. I had the pleasure of having Jessica as my technologist. From the minute she called me in and through the entire process she was friendly, informative, professional, and kind. I had such an amazing experience and I am very grateful. We both know how important staff is and how hard it is to hire people who are good workers and care. Your staff made my day!!

Been there twice so far. I've had great experiences with staff both time. Sofia is extremely nice and accommodating.

DESERVE THEM.

What a beautiful and clean center! The staff was very friendly, but most importantly made my son feel comfortable. He was nervous about getting an MRI done, but they made him feel comfortable, which made the process faster. I also appreciate when medical places like this center, are upfront about any copay/deductible. No one likes getting diagnostic exams, but I fee that they deserved a good review because of their treatment towards my son.

Def a long wait- but it was hard to get upset as the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and actually cared about the patients and kept us updated. The MRI room is extremely nice, as is the tech. He was very comforting

I could not be any happier. This place deserves more than a 5 star rating!!!! The place is clean (not may places are) and they are professional from the moment you call to the moment you leave the office (which isn't the case in most places). I have had X-rays and MRIs done at this facility and have been pleased with the service every time. The X-ray tech is AMAZING at what she does and is a very happy person ALL THE TIME!!! Everyone is friendly and the center itself has this relaxed, calm vibe to it which helps me as I get nervous every time I have to have a procedure done. I have not had to wait long in the lobby (I've walked in and had appointments) and I am NEVER placed on hold for more than 10 min. I know many places that keep you on hold forever and you hear them continuously placing you on hold and that is not the case at Palms!! I LOVE coming to Palms MRI. I recommend everyone I know. You're in and out before you know it. Everything is handled with care, calm and you even leave with a CD to take to your MD.

Not what these poor reviews are all about but I got exactly what they told me. I was a walk in and was told on the phone there could be a two hour wait. When I got there I was told the same thing. At exactly two hours I was called in for my imaging, exactly as promised. Will definitely go here again.

Received mammogram and chest x Ray here and I’m glad I did. These women are absolutely the best. Such a pleasure to speak with. Polite. Kind. Efficient. Timely. These types of behavior are not the standard any longer so I am grateful for their hard work with heart!!! Keep it up! Thank you

Nice and efficient front desk team, the person in charge of doing my test was nice and pleasant and very understanding. Place is clean and organized and the wait was short. I recomend it.

The experience I have had with Palms Diagnostic Imaging has exceeded every star allowed and rated at an A+ and more if possible. I am very panicked with enclosed and closed spaces. Each time I have had a diagnostic test done, the staff as well as the owners are very COMPASSIONATE and CARING, in which they have helped me feel COMFORTABLE and RELAXED every time in every test done. The staff are very ORGANIZED, WELL MANNERED and PROFESSIONAL. The proper questions are asked for each and every visit. Any paperwork and insurance matters are handled APPROPRIATELY and In a TIMELY MANNER. Wait time is ALWAYS ON TIME. Of course, if for any reason they are behind, Palms is NOT TO BE BLAMED, but only the patient who comes in late and due to that, makes every other appointment scheduled to fall behind of schedule. The facility is EXTREMELY ORGANIZED and CLEAN. I have been to many places, this facility is the one I personally have chosen to keep coming to for any diagnostics I may need.

If you dont have patience just go somewhere else to complain. Amazing place, organized, and hard working they dont need any other trouble then these terrible reviews from people that sit on the couch all day doing who knows what.
