Great selection, knowable staff. It definitely pays to visit and get the correct sneakers, fitted correctly at the same price you can get online ( without all the personal attention). I will purchase all my future sneakers here. Thank you Runners Depot.

The salesperson, Tyler, was very helpful and not pushy. He helped my husband and me find sneakers that met our particular fit needs. He didn't give a hard sell, just offered suggestions and took the time we needed. We will definitely return to this store.

My first time here. Heard great things. The experience was wonderful. Joe was very helpful. Listened to my needs and offered several suggestions. Due to my shoe size, 15, Joe had to order my new sneakers. We decided Hoka was the best option. Joe will call me when they arrive. 5-7 business days. I recommend giving Runners Depot a visit.

I had the pleasure of meeting Chuck when I came in the store looking for help. I am so glad I met him He's was a wizard at solving the problems I was having with my shoes.
I have been dealing with problems with my back and hip. Chuck made some adjustments using insoles. He found that my right foot was one size smaller than my left foot. I had already ordered shoes before coming into the store.They came directly from Hoka's website. This was a huge mistake. I clearly did myself a disservice by not originally coming into Runner's Depot.
I asked Chuck if he had the GAVIOTA 5 in stock instead of sticking with the GAVIOTA 4 I ordered online. He had the exact fit. I was stunned and overjoyed when I walked across the store.
I am so grateful for Chuck allowing me to find a way to help me walk again. I left the store with a much needed grin on my face. Thank you for everything Chuck!

Had an excellent experience here. Hugo worked with me for a fitting, tried on different shoes and ended up getting myself a pair of Hoka’s with insoles, tried them on today for a 10k jog and had zero pain in my ankles or knees. Super happy with them, I would’ve never thought to get these without guidance. I’m so glad I came to this location.

Logan helped us out picking some track shoes for my little brother. Couldn’t ask for a nicer guy. He was obviously very knowledgeable as well as patient. Glad we were told to come here and we will be returning for any running/track related purchases.

Chuck was so helpful. He helped me find a perfect shoe for my feet. It was such an experience. I recommend this place. The people who work here are educated and will help you if you have any problems finding the right shoe.

I needed expert sales help to find the perfect shoe for sightseeing on vacation. My feet have some issues. Phil measured my feet, had me stand on a diagnostic pad, & most of all, listened. I purchased a pair of HOKA shoes & an extra pair of insoles to beef up my other shoes. I brought my son in to see Phil & he got the same first class service. Though I am not a runner, the Runner's Depot is a great store for quality trainers & amazing customer service!

Update: I have had to visit the store on several more occasions during my foot journey. Each time I have called or gone in, I have been greeted & helped by the friendly, knowledgeable staff at the Runner's Depot. No matter what my asks are, whatever the question, the answer there is always YES. I highly recommend this place for all the above reasons!

My co-worker told me about this store since I was having trouble finding shoes that fits properly on my feet. The store definitely lived up to expectations and more. I walked in and a young man named Phil said Hello with a smile. He walked me through everything. He explained exactly what we were doing. He asked me questions and made sure that the shoe was comfortable. We compared them to other shoes. He provided some inserts that he said I could try them in the shoes I currently came in with right in the store. That was a great suggestion. That made me want to buy a shoe with inserts even more. The shoes I picked felt like I was walking on clouds. I have to walk in them to see if they are still comfortable as they did in the store, but I am definitely coming back. Thank you Phil for a great experience. You have to go to this store for your next pair of shoes. 😁

Amazing selection and even more amazing customer service. Purchased a pair of running shoes while visiting a friend in Coral Springs. Ended up running in them a few times when returning to Central Florida and found that they weren’t working out. Contacted Steve and he immediately provided me with multiple replacement options that he could mail to me directly. I ultimately ended up with the perfect pair of running shoes, no questions asked. Amazing experience!! Was referred to go by Cleveland Clinic’s Physical therapist. The attention I got to relieve my Achilles and give me better support was on point! As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted and acknowledged and was told they would be right with me. I'm a little shy, so to me this was a big deal! There were a good number of people in the store and I was still recognized. I was even checked up on with a friendly follow up to let me know when I'd be next and there was even a gentleman writing people's names down so that we wouldn't be missed. It was a great experience!

Ryan fitted me with some shoes and explained to me the kind of shoe I should be looking for since I have flat feet and answered all my questions and was super patient with me. I'll never buy online again. I loved this store.

Excellent experience purchasing new running shoes. My feet were killing me from my old shoes and they took the time to ensure I had the correct shoe for the way I walk. Tried on several styles until we found the one I really liked. I will definitely return when I’m ready for a new pair.

My husband and I just got into running and were a little clueless as to what shoes get. We knew it was important to get a quality shoe to avoid injury but were not sure how to assess what kind of shoe would work for our kind of feet. The store manager, Steve, helped us as soon as we walked in the door, answering all our questions, measuring our feet, watching our gait, and pulling shoes and inserts for us to try to address our particular needs. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking to shop at a place with knowledgeable and experienced staff with quality products.

If you want the right running shoes this is the place to go. I recently started running and am up to three miles a day but right around mile two my foot falls asleep every single time making the last mile painful. Trying to make do with my Sketchers wasn't going to cut it anymore.I decided to take the time and money today to get fitted for the right shoes

. I came in when they opened and Bob helped me. First Bob measured my feet to make sure they were both the same size (something I had never thought of). Next he watched my walk across the store in socks a few times and based on my walk and fitness goals he picked out three different pairs of sneakers for me to try on. I liked the first two and I really loved the last pair, New Balance Fresh Foam 1080. After I settled on the New Balance pair he had me get on the treadmill and watched as I walked to make sure the shoes were a good fit for me. Best of all they were last years model so I got $50 off of them.They were the last pair in my size, it was fate. I was so pleased with the discount that I even splurged on some new socks Bob suggested

. Bob was so helpful and he gave me a lot of good running tips. He even invited me to the running club that meets on Thursdays at 6:30. He showed me the map and made suggestions where I could turn back if I didn't want to go the full five miles. If you need real running shoes than this is your go to store. The customer service is excellent and the price for a pair of sneakers is similar to what you would pay in a department store without anyone making sure they are good for you. If you are going to run you owe it to yourself to buy the proper shoes in order to prevent injuries. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

I have never had a bad experience at Runner's Depot and have been shopping here for a couple years now. They always carry the Brooks model and size I need, and were very helpful fitting my wife with Hokas the last time we visited. The sales staff are knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to any special needs you might have. I recommend this store, without hesitation, to all my fellow runners!! 😃

Awesome customer service! I never knew different shoes had very specific functions to help you in your workout. When you walk in, you'll be greeted by a specialist who will watch the way you walk. This will determine what type of shoe best fits your lifestyle and workout routine. I'm a weightlifter, but I throw in a little cardio sometimes. I was advised to get a low heel, which felt perfect. I've been wearing running shoes for all my workouts, so i definitely felt a difference after trying these new low heeled shoes. And who knew socks also make a difference in fit, feel, and performance, too?! Will be going back for all my athletic footwear needs!!
