A Nose For Clothes

I don’t understand the negative reviews here. I’ve been shopping at nose for clothes for YEARS. The women have ALWAYS been wonderful, kind, helpful above and beyond any other place I’ve ever shopped. Their clothes are pricey but so worth it!! It’s a boutique! I love having clothes that no one else has and clothes that people stop me on the streets to compliment ❤

Love this store, every time I come to Florida, which is several times a year, it's my first place to shop and my last before heading home. Love their clothes and the girls always remember me...

Always lots of unique clothing items & styles from which to choose! Sales personnel(like Erica) very friendly and helpful. No pressure. Fun place to shop!

10/27/22 I live right by this store and have tried it a few times as I used to go to its sister store in Pinecrest, FL. Not too helpful to me when I have looked for specific items: something to wear to my parent Funeral, and, more recently, a sportswear item. At one time I stopped coming here altogether because it seemed a dog lived in this store. For starters, when I call a Business I expect someone to answer in a friendly voice with the name of the establishment. Not here. I phoned and someone answered "hello." Just "hello." Fearing I had misdialed I asked whether this was "A Nose for Clothes." It was them. Asked for a pair of shorts to wear to an event today- pre-Halloween so sought black shorts in my size- and whether they had any. I was told "no" (and that was it) and have a general feeling this store does not "go the extra mile" for patrons. I was physically in the store last week and didn't see the dog then.

I have been shopping here since high school and will no more. First, the woman who works there (who lied said she was the owner, mind you) took 20 minutes of my time showing me photos of her trip to Italy and France. I could not care less; I want to try on clothing and leave. I also think its incredibly odd to show someone photos on your phone when they're trying to buy things, but whatever. Second, I went to exchange a dress i purchased and the same woman who had talked my ear off 9 days earlier said she wouldn't honor the exchange because it had been over 7 days. Funny how she failed to mention after I spent $500 in "her" store. As soon as I asked her to please make an exception, she told me she wasn't the owner and to come back another day. I will NEVER shop here again, nor will my mother and I will be telling my friends to skip over to this- the ladies at Generation are much nicer and don't have a ridiculous exchange policy.

Gone and I am heartbroken. Been shopping there even when I lived out of state since at least 1978.

Visited yesterday May 21, 2018 and a blonde older woman behind the counter gave me a strange look and I was told I would have to leave my ICE WATER and Iced Coffee from Starbucks on top of the counter, when I asked why “It’s just a rule- not my store.” I was about to set my coffee from next door on the counter and I just felt VERY uncomfortable in the store and then proceeded to walk out.

I have visited MANY boutiques and NEVER felt this uncomfortable. I felt as if I was treated badly, Especially as a person of color, I don’t want to pull the race card but I felt very very discriminated against. I will never patronize this establishment again and the woman behind the counter has no tact or manners. Also, I was planning to buy quite a few pieces to go out of town but was so put off and will now visit elsewhere. Another reviewer felt discriminated against as well above. Hm...

I am giving one star because there is not an option for 0. I read the reviews before walking in and still decided to try. I walked in and said "hello" 4 times!!! The blond old lady sitting in at the register never bother to answer. Obviously she couldn't handle the phone and welcome customers at the same time. Then I walked around for a few more minutes to see if she at least ask if I needed help. 10 minutes in the store they didn't even bother to ask. I Hope none of tgem.are the owners!!! If you are selling $300 pieces of clothes better provide good customer service!! I rather shop at Wal-Mart

I have shopped here and have purchased items at this store in the past. Yesterday I came in and the women was on a personal phone call. She didn’t say hello to me or anything, finally after she got off her phone she yelled hello. She didn’t tell me how much the sale items were I had to ask. I don’t plan on shopping there again and if they can’t treat their customers right they should just close the store...The inventory looked picked over the store was messy evidently they don’t care better to close then neglect your customers..

No surprise. Everything was overpriced and I regret what I bought. Terrible

You only get attention at the store if you are blonde, have blue eyes and have a big diamond in you finger!
I can't believe that nobody Responde to our comments. All the boutiques in Coral Springs are the same!!! They are the ones who lost. The day I went I was ready to buy some items!

My wife went in this store and they didn't recognize her (NO hello, can we help you, etc), yet they recognized their own kind. This is wrong in America. I wanted to give a zero. This store should not be open.

Terrible customer service, overpriced outdated pieces and the women behind the counter is tacky unfriendly and rude. Completely ignored me but was very friendly to the women that where leaving as I arrived I got the impression that she thought I couldn’t afford anything in the store. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Never have I been in a store where the salespeople are so rude. No Hello or may I help you. The store was empty, not one customer!! Amazing!!!!! Seriously. It's not a complicated job!!! What a joke!!!!

Expensive clothes for the type of customer service. I don’t know how that store it’s still open. Always empty, how they sale? By internet? Well, I won’t spend my money there; to many options in our area for shopping.

Showed up here today at 12:50PM and the store was closed however, it says they open at noon on Sundays. Waste of time driving all the way here!
