I was in a horrific car accident in 2018 and my dad was in a horrific tractor trailer accident in 2004 and Dr. Ruggiero got us both feeling better and back to normal. He is the best. He takes his time with his patients to really listen to their concerns and worries. He will spend as much time as he needs with a patient to put the concerns to rest. I was terrified after my wreak that my back and neck would be in constant pain forever and that I wouldn't feel any better. Dr. Ruggiero put those fears to rest explaining with the proper exercises and care that I would nearly pain free and only feel a few aches and pains occasionally or if I didn't take proper care of it. Because of him I'm virtually pain free. His staff is absolutely phenomenal as well.

I had an injury that for over a year orthopedic surgeons couldn’t figure out. One of my friends who is a bodybuilder recommended Dr Ruggiero so I went to see him. He looked at the mri and x rays and knew within minutes exactly what was wrong with me. It took many treatments and consistently going to ensure the muscles tightened and kept the bone in place. He fixed my injury that other doctors couldn’t figure out (many of them). I now drive over an hour to see him for routine maintenance. Excellent doctor.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Nick for over 25 years. He’s treated my father with work related injuries, my brother and I for gym injuries and literally performed a miracle on my grandfather who had to be carried in and walked out on his own after Nicks expert care and treatment!! I recently tweeked my back bad on a job and was agonizing over the weekend where I couldn’t get comfortable or sleep or escape the pain, if you know you know. For over 20 years I have been in chronic back and neck pain. The pain was caused by a horrible car accident, that left me with a neck fracture and multiple herniated discs. I was rear ended in my car on December 8, 2018. Wound up with tears in my right shoulder and hip and problems with my neck and lower back. I was referred to Dr Ruggierio and all I can say is that he is truly amazing.
While it's true that the problems with my shoulder and hip will not go away without surgery, he has been treating all 4 areas and the pain intensity has gone down tremendously. He is a true professional and so
is his ENTIRE staff. He knows exactly which "buttons to push" on your body and how to push them. I know he treats the Florida Panthers, Miami Dolphins and many sports celebrities, among them Tiger Woods and If I could give him and his staff a "10", I certainly would because they deserve it.
