Dr. Eric Alvarez, D.M.D.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Alvarez since 2014. We got an initial referral and have been very satisfied with Dr. Alvarez and his office staff Grace and Michelle ever since then. He is very detailed and dedicated to his work. He is very pleasant and builds relationships with his patients. He is never in a rush to get you in and out quickly. Thank you Dr. Alvarez for being my dentist all these years.

I have to express my experience with Dr. Eric Alvarez. I have been to plenty of dentists over the years and it's always a bad experience. Which lead me to this review. Dr. Alvarez was the most gentle and respectful dentist I have experienced over the years. His staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Yesterday was my first time there and I was amazed by the quality of care and bed side manners. Dr. Alvarez you will see often. thank you again to you and your staff. Great job!

I have been going to Dr Alvarez office for years and am very happy with all the services they have provided. I no longer have pain thanks to Dr Alvarez. The office is competent and will work with my schedule. I'm so glad I found an honest, patient dentist. I highly recommend.

Have been going to Dr Alvarez for 3 years, every time I walk into the office they treat me like family. Staff is very professional and Dr Alvarez is not only an excellent dentist but a genuine person. Very informative and always willing to answer any question in detail and or any options available to you. I would highly reccomend Dr. Alvarez to anyone looking for a dentist.

Dr Alvarez and his staff are always polite, helpful and great in an urgent situation. I have been going there for over 6 years. It amazes me that the Doc does all the cleanings and not a hygienist, he really knows whats going on in your mouth.

Excellent service and great dentist. He is very detailed oriented and explains exactly what you need . I really like the staff as well. Very friendly and willing to help me out. Highly recommend the dentist.

Dr Alvarez not only has a professional. knowledgeable team, the treatment is above all those that I have experienced in the industry I do recommend him and his office for all your dentistry needs

Very Good Dentist.

Returning from a week long vacation the day before my scheduled appointment I arrived on time for my appointment and waited 35 minutes. After my cleaning Dr Alvarez came to check my teeth and said because I didn’t confirm my appointment he was running behind. No one spoke to me prior to this to explain why I had to wait. I wasn’t asked to reschedule or told there was a problem. Dr.Alverez refused to check my teeth and said we were done. I feel he was very unprofessional in the way he talked to me and not finishing my visit by checking my teeth. We are both done and I will be going elsewhere for my dental work.

Don't waste your time! I live in Parkland and am making sure everyone knows about my terrible experience. Made an appointment a month in advance, they called one hour before to cancel? I called 3 times with no returned call.Finalky got a call back from the dentist himself for an appointment, morning of the app.they called to cancel again! ! Grace came up with 3 different stories, was rude and lied! Insurance company verified my story, Dr Alvarez apparently doesn't care about his buisness, to have such rude staff!

Completely unprofessional, would only communicate in Spanish with assistant, did not finish exam or or cleaning because I turned down his "recommendation". Stay away from this place and type of practice!
