Healthy Delights Cafe

Healthy delights offers a great selection of salads, wraps, breakfast and customizable lunch options. Staff is friendly and the food was delicious. I tried the quinoa custom bowl with steak and vegetables and it was really delicious. Try the soup of the day as well and you won’t be disappointed! Highly recommended!

So many healthy and delicious options here! Choose one of the menu creations or build your own salad, wrap, or bowl with the protein of your choice! Everything was very fresh and delicious! The salad was very filling! The tomato soup was very good! The wrap was also delicious. They even have breakfast options available as well! The @ubis_bakery puka was yum! The smoothie was yum and the crepe was so good! I loved everything!
Can't wait to try more delicious options from their menu!

Came here with my kids, we loved the food, service was great also. Waitress made sure she gets a positive feedback before we headed out. I had the quinoa bowl with chicken, very good! Lots of people with little ones, they have food for everyone’s likes. Highly recommended. Also clean

Had the hunger 4 fitness wrap (Dewayne’s way) with chicken. Sooooo good. It tasted like a cheat meal!!!

Usually go to another healthy option in this plaza but they were closed today. Was gonna go next door to them, for no other reason than I'd been there before, and then I noticed the sign for "Healthy Delights", and thought, "Let's try something new."

Very glad we did. Everything you like about a salad bar, plus ➕ great staff, lots of options, fresh juices, smoothies, and a clean restaurant to enjoy your meal. My friend got an awesome wrap and I delved into their options for a great salad. Was so satiated, and satisfied, that 9 hours later I still haven't eaten again. May just have some cereal before going back to bed. Had a nice conversation with Jacques, who put my salad together with great care and patience, and had an overall excellent experience this first time there. They recently opened, today was my first time and it was awesome. Quiona salad, crepes and smoothie were delicious and healthy.

Yum! I never get chopped salads and I never let the restaurant dress my salad but as I waited in line everyone’s salad ahead of me looked so perfect, I gave it a try. They prepared my meal in the most delicious way. This salad was my idea of a perfect lunch and I can’t wait to visit again! If you are going at lunch time, be prepared to wait a little bit…remember they are building a custom meal for every person! I had to wait about 10-15 minutes but I didn’t mind because the end product was so worth it! Love this place!

Californian wrap was fresh and a good balance of flavor. Empanadas are the best I've had; I'd probably go back just for those.

Always very friendly and the food is great. They offer a fast healthy option at a good price. Jack the head chef is amazing, he makes the best soups and the best salads! The new owners (2/1/2023) have brought a new delicious taste of Bolivia with their empanada like meat/chicken items that are awesome!

My wife ate here twice during lunch and told me to try it with her. I saw the menu-board and the average price per person is about $10. I wasn't expecting to be wowed. He puts tons of healthy green lettuce and large amounts of other items in the bowl. Then comes the chicken. Not 1 scoop, 2 scoops, nor 3 scoops, but 4 big scoops of chicken and I'm like wow! But then, just as I think he's done, he pours a cup full of lentil soup (included FREE). What a nice touch that was! And, it all was tasty. Definitely Recommend!

Went into the shop today had a caesar salad wrap, cuñape, and salteña. everything was extremely good and extremely fresh. Really recommend to anybody looking to eat fresh and delicious food.

Awesome meal! Ordered the Florida wrap with chicken and it was delicious, packed and fresh. They included a small tomato soup on the house and it was probably the best I've had in South Florida. Have been told their veggie smoothies are outstanding. Would def visit again soon!

This place is great. Great tasting food that's healthy and very reasonably priced. I recommend the calibwrap and the healthy choice wrap. I am a big boy both these wraps are packed with meat and very filling. They also come with a soup and have to be one of the best deals in town.
