This UPS store on Coral Ridge is my all time favorite! The staff members are friendly and efficient! Even when there is a line, someone greets you and lets you know they’ll be with you soon, and they are! It is so easy to get in and out and get packages shipped out.

I just moved to Hollywood & I drive all the way to Coral Springs drop off my packages because there’s truly nothing like the welcoming feeling when walking in. They get it done quick & easy without ever any struggle. Highly highly recommend!

I want to let you guys know how much I enjoyed Angel customer service. She was patient, attentive, and answered all of my questions, and she went over and beyond!

Angel is a true asset to this store, and a great asset to the team.

There is no better place to go in our area or help with any type of shipment. The new owner of this store couldn't be more customer service friendly. Highly recommend their services. Also priced extremely reasonably for packing and shipping. I brought a large Amazon box to ship back he repacked the whole box which was a large popcorn popper taped every inch of the box and didn't charge. Many thanks to him and his team.

So this is my UPS store of choice, even when I happen to be near another one.
It’s run by Ravi, along with his team, Bilal, Angel, Jennifer, and Isabella, They are all so very nice and provide outstanding and friendly customer service. Bilal, especially, has always made my interactions most pleasant, which is why I kept going back there.
You won’t be disappointed when using this store.

I have to say by far this ups store makes your experience pleasant easy and convenient they are very professional, Roby the owner cares about his customers and he goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service , I highly recommend this place the staff is not only friendly but high skilled.

My hero! I was in desperate need of finding my tracking number and had misplaced my receipt. Within 2 minutes the owner carefully figured out the day I dropped the package off and pulled up my records allowing me to prove my package was sent. Lucky to have a friendly neighborhood package store at our fingertips.

The best service! Don’t believe these fake bad reviews. People just want to get things for free all the time. People are entitled! This an amazing company with great and accommodating employees. If they charge you it’s because they are a business. For example, I just witness Ravi dealing with a angry and rude customer who wanted stuff for free. Ravi was so calm, nice and accommodating! Thank you Ravi for keeping your cool and being professional.

The owner was amazing and his employees Angel, Jennifer, and Bilal thank you so much for helping me pack my clothes and China plates for my move! Such a friendly neighborhood staff I will continue to use them for any services.

Two things:
1) I go here to ship UPS. They're friendly and competent and can pack (if I don't have the materials or time) and ship. I sometimes ship fragile things to family cross-country and it's always on time (and they give sound advice on speed vs. cost tradeoffs).
2) They have incredibly efficient "reverse logistics" (e.g., returns to Amazon or elsewhere). It's no fuss or muss and a pleasant experience.

Excellent customer service! Ravi helped me right away, and treated me very courteously. I have been here a few times, and will definitely come back.

The employees at this store go out of their way to be helpful, and more importantly, kind, to their customers. I go out of my way to use this location.

Friendly, polite & great service consistently from this location. On my last shipping transaction Ravi went above & beyond with outstanding service. My package was not scanned in by UPS driver not enabling me to track. Ravi immediately called UPS, set up an investigation & initiated communication with me daily keeping me updated every step of the way up til the package was delivered. Ravi’s prompt proactive approach, consistent follow up with UPS itself & myself was greatly appreciated. Outstanding service like Ravi’s is why I trust this location with all my shipping needs.

Everyone is always helpful, friendly and very efficient. I know I can get in and out no problem even with a line!

I have been dealing with the owner Stan and staff for many years! He’s the best! He’s helped me thru house moves and shipments. Always efficient and on time. Easy to work with and fast!!! I wouldn’t go any other UPS STORE! Go there!!

I almost didn't go in to this store based on past experiences but needed to ship a package right away. I AM SO GLAD that I did.

When I first entered I saw a gentleman helping an older woman with some boxes. Shortly after he came over to me and helped me to ship my package.

I mentioned to him that I had stopped coming in this store after a couple of bad experiences with the old store manager.

He informed me that he was the new owner and that he heard that from other clients and was making sure that everyone that walked in the store was appreciated and treated with respect.

I will go back to using this location not that it is under new management and very happy to support a local business. If you're like me and had issues with the old owner I strongly recommend giving the store another try. I know i wasn't disappointed.

This store is the best I ever visit the owner is so nice and always there to help the customer service that they provide is beyond the regular we used to have out there . Definitely 5 stars and if I can give more I would. Thank you 🙏
