I had outstanding service here. I can't thank them enough. Everyone was so outgoing, friendly. Very much appreciate the service here. I saw some guys review and had to put it out there, people who say the most are usually horrible to deal w/ in real life. These people have been my go-to for 3 years.

My husband and I have been bringing our clothes to Elite Cleaners for over 4 1/2 years. We’ve find their services are the best around, not to mention the alterations are always completed the right way. They Have you even accommodated our needs in a last minute notice. Elite Cleaners goes above and beyond for their customers!!! See you yourself, they do not disappoint!!!

Very rude customer service experience while simply asking for a same day turnaround expedited service for an extra cost. Disappointed especially since this is a local dry cleaner!

Their work is good but their customer service not the best. I have been going there for months spending good money almost every other week you figure they would be somewhat friendlier. They don’t greet you when you come they don’t even smile when you interact with them. That being said I will be taking my business elsewhere where my patronage is appreciated. Work on your people skills.

I have been a patron of this dry cleaning establishment for 14 years. Their new hours have them opening at 8:00 am and closing at 5:00pm.

I have never heard of a dry cleaner location doing this which obviously makes it impossible to drop off and pick up clothing if you work.

This is ironic given that people who go to a job are the ONLY people who need dry cleaning. Shame because they did a decent job - off to a new location.

Awful customer service. Their stain removal services are atrocious. The male representative who works later in the day is rude. One of the primary reasons to bring clothes to a dry cleaner is to remove stains. They never get stains out and when you get your paid items back and point it to them they act like they are doing you a favor for simplying doing their job. I have had several instances where all they do is rewrap the items and the stains are still there. Furthermore the delivery company is lazy and had the audacity to ask me to pick up a paid delivery batch at the store because he didn't want to risk getting slightly wet to drop them off at my house. Even though it wasn't even raining and this is Florida, the male representative had no issue with me paying for an item, spending time to pick up my clothes, and to get wet. They should fire him. Parkland deserves a much better drycleaner.

I think they may be under new ownership, but I went by Friday morning at 11 AM and the place was closed even though the sign outside said they were open—not good.

Nasty customer service.
