Super convenient super clean and they call an Uber for you (at the hotel's expense) if you have an early flight and need to be at the airport before their shuttle runs.
Comes with a courtesy call when a driver is assigned too. Very friendly staff and very accommodating.

Kassi at the morning front desk was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable! And I had one of the best night's sleep ever last night, fresh sheets and bedding. And convenient to the airport of course is a plus too.

I give it a 4* for the room bc a chair was damaged and the shower curtain wall connectors were shoddy but overall this hotel is still a 5*. :)

Had a lovely 11 day stay here while I was working at the Utah State Fair. The manager was very friendly and gave me some laundry credits cause they were have some issues with some of the washing machines.

Nice and close to the airport and fair. I didn't catch her name but the receptionist with the dogs was the best! Hope I'll be back next year.

We come to town for work monthly. This place was a happy accident to find. We will be booking here ever time we come up. The price is fine and location is ok but the staff are amazing. Tracy, Tristina,(sorry totally misspelled it probably), Danial, the maintenance guy ( missed his name) are all super friendly and made what was a very bad Monday into an Amazing experience.

Modern furnished suites with good beds and sheets. Small gym, laundry room, snacks and drinks for sale. Parking looks full but they rent spots to long term airport parking service. Staff is super helpful and the front desk lady with her two furry helpers especially. She took care of my room needs and was very friendly, great staff. The kitchen appliance library is a great idea. Grab a toaster and emjoyn yours stay!!!

For what it is, this hotel is pretty great overall especially for extended stays. The rooms have a decent mini kitchen capable of making basic meals. The desks are nice and large, and the bed is big enough and comfortable. The entire room is also pretty clean and in good condition. The wifi is plenty fast in my opinion even for downloads and streaming HD video. The crew/study lounge for pilot trainees is extremely small compared to other accomodations, but the gym and particularly the laundry room makes up for it. Also, the location is near a couple local dining options and a short walk away from a train station to go into the city.

I have been in Amsterdam and realized that I hadn’t written a well deserved review for my experience at the Sonesta SLC airport. When we arrived in Salt Lake, we called the hotel and they had the complimentary shuttle come pick us up within 10 minutes. The gentleman that picked us up was incredibly kind and helped load our luggage. We arrived at the hotel to be assisted with our check in by Darlene. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. She was a total gem during our check-in process. We arranged a 1:30PM pick up for the shuttle to get back to the airport next day, and Erica was our shuttle driver. She was exceptionally kind and very friendly towards us. Overall the customer service at this hotel was seriously the best, better than some Four Seasons & JW Marriott’s that we’ve stayed at; that is saying a lot! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well appointed. The proximity to the airport is also super convenient. I rate this experience a 5/5.

We are truckers who stay here during our off time. This location offers everything we need including free laundry, dog friendly rooms and fully equipped kitchens. The staff has been very accommodating and friendly. We love our stays here.

We arrived at Sonesta for airport parking. Within 5 minutes we had our forms filled out and Erica was ready to take us to the airport. She was friendly and cheerful and got our trip started on the right foot!

Great for long term parking we did not stay there. Service was excellent fastest we ever got on the road from the airport.

Use the hotel as a parking spot. They took forever to get to the desk. This lady was super rude. Only reason I give it a 5 star is because of the shuttle driver. So amazing. So punctual so nice and every engaging. She dropped us off at the airport and picked us up with the same positive attitude

Stayed here due to Training for breeze. Staff was amazing, any concerns or questions, they had answers to. any problems, they fixed them right away! I even asked for a rice cooker and the manager Justin went out and bought some! Talk about initiative! K was amazing she was really really cool , she let me play with Her two puppies pretty much everytime she was there, which gave me good luck and definitely reduced stress, the puppies we’re practically my best friends . K was super sweet and helpful as well, personally I think she deserves a healthy raise for the way she went above and beyond! Solid staff and hotel. Would definitely stay there again! Our stay here was surprisingly so good! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the staff and the manager (Hawaiian shirt guy). He was so funny and nice! The rooms were so nice! They had dishes and utensils like an Airbnb and the bed was the COMFIEST bed I’ve ever slept on in a hotel! Never had any issues and not too far from the city either! We actually took a scooter from the hotel to the city! Would stay again

5th time visiting and both staff and room service is always superb. Love it here!

WOW! So glad we booked here for the night. This extended stay is so nice. The entrance is welcoming with beautiful blue tones. They sell merchandise for your pets since it's a pet friendly hotel. They have a computer/printer at front desk. Also games, videos, crock pots that I think you can use or rent. Not sure about that.

The room was spacious and clean with everything you could possibly need. The bed was perfect. (Could use one more pillow, 2 for each of us.)

The bathroom was very large. We could move around together and not get in each other's way. The towels were so thick. TOTALLY not used to that in our many hotel stays.

I would recommend you stay here while in town. They have a shuttle too!

Thanks to Isabel and Sandra for taking care of my room, even though they don't do service after 7 days of stay, they took care of my room when I had a small incident, I ask if they could change my sheets and they did all my room service! Thank you Scott for taking care of my room when the housekeepers call you.

Great place to be!
I was here three weeks for work, and it went by so fast. The staff does a great job looking out for its customers. They go above and beyond for their tenants so they have a comfortable stay.
Just to mention a few of the staff I had the pleasure to meet; Justin( Manager) Isabel(Housekeeping) and Kiloni(Secretary). They make a great team, and made my accommodations flawless!

Alright. The only reason I came here was because my room was comped by my airline for a flight cancelation. With that being said, let me tell you what I found out.

Clean room, first and most importantly. I didn't see a dirty bed, I didn't smell a funk, I didn't see weird stains on the walls. Check. Quiet, I heard almost nothing while I was in my room. Prepared, they have pots, pans, glasses, and all sorts of good stuff to make you feel at home. 24/7 laundry, gym, and snack/drink/misc. item shop. I was greeted and helped by Kyle, who was very hospitable and helpful with any questions I had. Also a nice big TV in the room with satellite channels.

I would certainly recommend a stay here for someone passing by.
