House was AMAZING!!! Location on the island was perfect and close to everything. We could watch the sunset while making dinner and relaxing on the patio. The pool area had a table and great seating area for us to hang out all day as well as many yard games for all to enjoy. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we could have needed for making meals at home or enjoying takeout. There were a ton of beach chairs and a couple wagons to haul all our stuff to the beach. The beach is only half a block away so super easy with little kids to come back and forth if needed or to refresh the cooler with beverages! With 7 bedrooms the house had more than enough space for people to have their privacy if wanted. The management company is super quick to respond if there are any issue or if we were looking for recommendations for eating and things to do on or off the island. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

We had a great stay with AMI Locals! We came down in September with our one year old daughter. The house was super clean and smelled so nice! We really appreciated how nice the outside deck and pool area was too! We didn’t see a single spider web our whole stay:) The staff were friendly and responded quickly to our questions. We will definitely book this again next year!! Thanks AMI for a great trip!!!

We had an amazing experience renting from AMI locals. We stayed at the Oar house and the property couldn't have been better! The rental agency was great about communicating with us regarding what to expect from check in to checkout. The property was just perfect and was ideally located on Pine Ave in the heart of things. The home was beautifully appointed with all the amenities you would want for your beach vacation. I highly recommend renting from AMI locals and staying at the Oar house!

We booked with AMI and had a spectacular week at Holmes beach. The house was great and enough space for my family of 4 and our dog. Everything clean and ready to enjoy. The beach and the pool were wonderful. We'll be back.

We had the opportunity to stay in Bayfront Retreat over the long holiday weekend. The house was big enough to share with 4 families and offered plenty of room for both kids and adults to spread out. The dock allowed us to bring our boats, the location on the waterway was perfect and the pool provided endless hours of entertainment both during the day and at night. Communication with the AMI Locals team was great and they were available whenever we needed. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again in the future!

After doing a ton of research to plan a last minute trip to Anna Maria Island, we picked Dusk til Dune because it had 5 bedrooms and a great pool area. It was also a new build. It was definitely on the pricey side and only had one review (plus it looked like it was surrounded by houses being constructed which = noise!). However….it blew…our…minds! Absolutely gorgeous! The pictures do not do it justice! Whoever decorated this place knocked it out of the park. They have thought of everything. Beds were super comfortable, great comfy couches, well stocked kitchen. The beach (which felt like a private beach) is only a block away. Donut shop, ice cream and shops are only two blocks away. Everything is so convenient. AMI was super responsive and ready to help when the hot tub wasn’t heating up. It was one of our favorite vacations ever and we plan to rent this house again next year! We have never rented the same house twice…so that’s saying a lot! Thank you AMI!

We booked with AMIL on Holmes Beach and had the absolute best week long vacation! The house was stunning! It was spacious enough for our family of 10. When we arrived it was spotless. We had zero issues the entire stay. AMIL was very responsive and personable. The outdoor kitchen and half shaded pool was an added plus to our stay! The beach is just a short walk across the street, and the rooftop has the best views of the sunset. We can’t wait to come back next year! Thank you for the unforgettable memories!

This place is fantastic and surprisingly spacious. 3 bedrooms! 2 comfortable King beds and 2 twins. It had every appliance I needed in the kitchen- blender and coffee maker with permanent filter. The pool was perfectly heated and cane with a new wagon for beach and included beach chairs. It’s located right across from the beach and next to Skinny’s, a burger shack. Super clean too.

We are so happy to have found this fantastic property (Seaside Escape) a block away from the beach. It’s set in a prime location so we were able to walk to many places on the island. This home is beautiful and very well taken care of. It offers spectacular views of the sunset from the 2nd and 3rd floors as well as the rooftop deck, which has ample seating. I absolutely loved all the pops of color throughout the house which was very tastefully done. The house has a well stocked kitchen and the main living area has enough space to comfortably fit everyone in the house. The backyard pool, spa and putting green were wonderful. I loved the addition of the extra outdoor games to keep kids busy if they are not swimming. Highly recommend this home and I know I will return soon!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We quickly learned to press the button before going through the entry door so as not to set off the ear piercing alarm since it opens to a pool. The house had comfortable beds, wifi, and we loved the decor. It was a short walk to the gorgeous beach with soft, white sand and tropical, clear green water. The colorful sunsets were beautiful. The staff was helpful and responsive with getting our lockbox combination to get our key. The pool was perfect. We ate our dinners out at amazing nearby restaurants. Lots to do and see here while relaxing was the top priority. We will be back.

We had a wonderful time at this home. It was everything we expected and more. The home was just as advertised with no surprises. The entire house was clean including the outside pool area. The kitchen was fabulous with much more amenities than we were expecting. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was wonderful with a real hot water hot tub.
The hosts were wonderful. They were proactive in contacting me with information that they knew I would want and need. I would definitely recommend this home. We will be back!

Thank you to AMIL for an amazing rental home on Anna Maria Island. The Coastal Queen is a beautiful home and a quick walk to the beach. It was perfect for our multi-generational family. The roof deck allowed us watch those amazing Anna Maria sunsets from home. The AMIL staff is professional and responsive. Wonderful vacation-we will rent from AMIL again!

Enjoyed our stay at Hunky Dory in Anna Maria Island. The house was super clean and lovely. Only little glitch we had was with the hot tub, but this was resolved with an immediate response, so no complaints there.
This was a perfect location for us to walk to restaurants and shops and ride our rented bikes all over the beautiful island.
Thanks for a lovely experience!

My family had an amazing time at North End Chic! The house was beautiful and our kids loved the pool area. The house is less than a block away from the beach! Guests services was so helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. I highly recommend AMI Locals!

Loved our stay. Location on Anna Maria Island was great and steps to the beach. Liked the car located right outside my door. The back oasis was everything we needed with our own space and warm heated pool. We were able to meet other guests in the shard backyard space. Property mgmt. was responsive and professional. We will definetly be back

Few Suggestion for owner:
-Add hooks for coats or bags in main area
-Add hooks in bathroom for towels & swim wear
-Add shelves near bathroom vanity for essentials
-Need more kitchen storage for purchased dry food etc.

Everything was exactly as described here! Amazing location—3 min walk to AM beach, which is beautiful! 10 min walk to parks, shops, etc. The few minor issues that arose were addressed promptly with kindness and excellent customer service. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Specific children considerations (ours are 1, 3, and 4 yrs): lots of stairs; no beach or pool toys; minimal indoor toys/games/etc (Jenna and 1 puzzle); additional baby items (pack n play, etc) not provided. Larger items available as rentals @ additional costs. No easy /practical way to eat outside at table/pool, etc, which we missed (hauling stuff down 2 flights of stairs, etc).

Beautiful home with fantastic bathrooms and decor. Pool was amazing and sunny. Right on the bay so we were lucky to see dolphins playing. Very short walk to the ocean. Only thing lacking was adequate seating on balconies and pool loungers. We had a fabulous time and were able to enjoy delicious home cooked meals in the beautiful kitchen. We will book our 5th year in AMI next year, again with Prime Vacations!

I've rented from other vacation rental companies and none compare to AMI Locals! We stayed at Oar House. The house was immaculate! The pool area was beautiful! And we were walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Can't wait to go back!
