Art has been amazing and super helpful with suggestions of things needed. He really won my business when I needed a rental unit cleaned that I had not personally seen and when he got there he called me and told me not to waste time cleaning it but instead to have the carpet replaced. I knew that he cared about my business enough to not make money that day, but give me his honest feedback. He has done a phenomenal job every time I’ve hired him.

Our dog had an accident and our RoboVac found it first. There was poop all over our house! We called Steam Time Carpet Cleaner and they squeezed us in within an hour and came and cleaned our carpets. In and out within 30 minutes, and our house spelled so much better! So grateful for them and their quick and wonderful service! Won’t ever let anyone else clean our carpets!!

First time getting my carpets cleaned in 4 years of having dogs and I am very happy how they turned out. Our house smells and feels so fresh again! Art did a fantastic job with our carpets and couch. He was upfront with pricing and knew exactly how to address certain fabrics. He was very thorough and timely. He even came back on short notice to offer some expert advice when my basement flooded the carpet he had just cleaned only a week later. Art was fantastic to work with! Very professional, on time, and communicated very well. We had problems with pet odor, but couldn't pinpoint the exact area on the carpet it was coming from. He actually brought in a black light and was able to detect areas we weren't able to see with the naked eye and treated them. Art was an AMAZING person to work with. Very laid back and genuine person. My girlfriend and I recently bought a house in Ogden and we contacted him for carpet cleaning due to having nothing but 5 stars in the reviews. He contacted me in the morning an hour before the appointment and asked me if I were still available which was really shocking because I've never had a company do that to me. Got to the appointment and he came just right on time. Explained to me clearly what he needed to do and gave me a really good quote on our carpet. He recommended his carpet protection BUT he didn't try to sell it to me at all. He gave my girlfriend and I a choice whether we wanted to add that to our bill or not. I absolutely loved how we didn't receive any pressure at all from Art since he understood how much money we have been spending due to upfront costs on our first home. Highly recommend this company!! The job he did was nothing short of amazing! I was on a tight schedule and Art fit me in, the price was exceptional and most importantly the carpets look great!! He was able to remove stains that I was sure were never going to come up. I am very pleased and plan on using Steam Time for all future carpet cleaning.

Art was professional, thorough and detailed in his work. He arrived on time and did a great job! There were stains in places I thought would never come out but his cleaning did the job perfectly. More important, he's a friendly and personable guy which makes dealing with a cleaner so much better. I have tried others before but Steam Time is my new carpet cleaner of choice! First off Art was so good at communicating with us on when he would be arriving. His customer service and professionalism was awesome. We have beige carpet that I did not think would come clean, and he got it looking like new! so impressed, I highly recommend his business.

Art was amazing! My mom's house was built in the 70's and we planned carpet cleaning as part of the sale. Art came prepared to spend the afternoon but immediately realized that carpet cleaning was not what we needed. He expertly described the result of cleaning carpet of that age and the potential undesirable consequences. He was very honest and willingly gave his time to advise us. Our stairs, hallway, and bedroom carpets were pretty dirty after a bathroom remodel and were in desperate need to be cleaned. I watched the video on Steam Time's website that shows the type of machine that they use and was impressed. Art came within a couple of days and did a great job. Our bedroom carpets are over 28 years old and look great again. We know they are sanitary now. Art is very personable and professional. I also thought the pricing was reasonable. Very happy with the service.

Art came on Labor Day holiday and cleaned our carpets. He did so good last time so I had no problem knowing who to call. Great guy! We had an elderly cat that left issues under our king size bed that he was able to take care of for us. Also, everything went smoothly with moving the super heavy furniture. I was able to have additional help moving it as he cleaned and with his guidance moving back to further clean. Thank you Art !
