It's extremely difficult to find an honest mechanic and when you do, u leave a 5 start rating. Brought my truck in for an acceleration issue I couldn't properly explain. They were very patient listening to my issue and concerns. They found the problem and promptly ordered parts and fixed the issue. More than satisfied with the cost of the repair. They went above and beyond any mechanics I have experience to date. I recommend anyone In the area to bring your car hear first. When you leave you won't have to wonder if you were ripped off!!!

My Kia Runs like it's Brand New again. I was a little nervous about trying a new mechanic for the first time. Mathew gave me a professional Consultation with attention to detail and great customer service. Best mechanic experience I've had in a long time. I will definitely be returning as well as recommending Reeds to my friends, colleagues and clients.

This is my second time going to Reed Car Care in the past month. The first time was for my belts to be replaced, which they do a great job at a great price. Today I needed there help with my brake lights were not coming on? Matthew was so kind and professional. He came out to my car right away and began to do the process of elimination. After about 30 minutes he found that the bulbs were burned out and did not have a good connection. Very thankful for not making me make an appointment to have it looked at since this is my only vehicle. Will definitely be using them again when I need repairs.

Recommended by a friend and I would definitely go back again, if I have any issues with my vehicle, the service and cost were excellent, the quote that Mark gave me was right to the penny.

I cannot praise Reed's highly enough! They went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. They discovered problems I wasn't even aware of. Mark and the previous owner have serviced three of my cars over the past 10+ years. I have always been treated fairly and with consideration...the work is done right and their team goes "above & beyond" to satisfy their customers. I am treated like family at Reed Car Care.

I used to only go where Lance worked. He's worked on my cars for years. Well, he does work there, but they're all so trustworthy, that Lance doesn't factor into my decision anymore (sorry, Lance).

After being quoted an astronomically high amount to repair my A/C button by Midas (to be polite I will not mention the exact location, but let's just say it was one in St. Pete) I found them after shopping around to compare prices. Not only was the price Midas quoted me nearly half of what I paid to purchase my vehicle, it was 4 x ( yes FOUR times, not exaggerating ...at all ) what I was quoted by Reed's and another local mechanic.

Though their price quotes were similar, I chose Reed's over the other shop because of their glowing customer service ratings and reviews. And I can see why. After dealing with people you aren't sure are being the most honest and straightforward with you about your car's issues, what they can and cannot do to fix them, or the price, it's nice to come across people who seem sincere, honest , straightforward, offer great value AND customer service. Unfortunately when dealing with mechanics this is rare.

I would rather give a hard working family owned small bussiness my hard earned money than a greedy, money hungry, dishonest national chain corporation. Thank you to all those who wrote previous reviews for assisting me with my decision to go with them after my extremly stressful ordeal with Midas. To anybody else who is looking for a new mechanic , I hope my review is of assistance as well.

Had the car packed and ready to head back back to Ohio when car did not start. Had it towed to Reed’s at noon. Mark had a new starter installed and ready to go by 3. Great service. Great price. Extremely satisfied 👍

OUTSTANDING !!
After taking my vehicle to another mechanic, they were unable to identify the problem I was having.
I then took it to Reed Car Care and spoke to Mark Augustine at the front desk. He immediately hooked me up with a mechanic (Lance Heyden) to test drive it to determine what was wrong. Within 15 minutes, Lance had identified the problem and an hour later it was fixed. And when I say fixed, I mean fixed for half of what I thought it was going to cost.
I can't say enough about the service. The entire staff was friendly and actually seemed to care about my problem instead of just writing up a ticket and telling me to have a seat. This place is definitely my new "go to" place for car repairs!
