KC was great at his job. He was helpful and had patience. Good customer service for someone that was his age. Hard to find young people that are interest in working and with good customer service

Had the pleasure of being helped by Lulu and I’ve never experienced such a genuinely kind person. She made my 3 daughters and I feel so welcome and helped with sizing, and fitting shoes. She made the whole shopping experience so easy and such a pleasure. I will definitely return and look for Lulu!

I drove to this location that is actually further from me because of the customer service. I had a great experience with Lulu last time and she helped me find everything for my son’s lacrosse gear. I came back for soccer and was lucky to have a Lulu help me find everything in a one stop shop. The soccer ball was not available, so she asked the manager Steve for accommodation. Either way, thank you so much Lulu, manager Steve, Christine, Byan. You guys really are the best team. Thank you so much, I would be a hot mess without your help!

I just want to take time out of my day to thank Chris for going above & beyond to help me find the shoes my son wanted for his birthday. I know sometimes the website will mark a product available at certain locations but such products might not actually be available. Chris just took his time finding the shoes for us and I really appreciated his dedication.

Incredible fishing department. I drive 40 mins to pick up some hard to find items. Staff is amazing and knowledgeable. Everyone was extremely nice. Had a mishap and the manager rectified without a single issue. They have earned my business. Will be visiting them again and from now on for my fishing gear needs.

They have everything you need for fishing and golf, great people work there

Shout out to Robin and the crew who assisted my husband tonight with the purchase of a boxing bag for me. The bag I wanted had not hit the floor yet as it was a brand new arrival, yet, the team sprung into action and got it from the back so fast.

Robin remembered my husband from a phone call early and quickly applied our military discount. The team helped my husband load the heavy boxing bag/equipment in the car.

I really appreciate the kindness and patience shown by the team.

Went today to purchase outdoor camping chairs that rock. They were recommended by friends of ours.
I just thought there was one kind but once we were in the store we realized there was more than one chair to choose from. Now which one to buy? I must have had a puzzled look on my face as Steven the sales associate passed me by and asked if he could help me. Talk about right time in right place. He showed us a few chairs and the differences in the chairs and recommended we sit in them as he set them up in the aisle.
So helpful! We happily left the store with 2 chairs. What I appreciated most was that I was approached
