I have taken my computers to Metria many times for repairs and upgrades and have purchased some of her used equipment. I have never been disappointed. I work at home so my computer is almost as important to me as air. It started freezing up, slowing down to a crawl and some of my peripherals started fritzing on me as well. Metria cleaned up my pc making it really fast, replaced a bad memory stick and added another, found an article about this pc model and how there are some known issues . Metria installed fixes for these issues. She did all of this for under $190.00, amazing. Thank you Metria.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I first met Metria last year, when a "mobile computer repair" guy came to my house to fix my laptop and immediately fried it. I took an old laptop body and the newer insides of the fried computer and she was able to bring it back to life. This year, when I finally had to buy a new one, she set it up for me. Metria is one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She is professional and pricing for repairs and assistance is beyond reasonable. The peace of mind alone, is priceless. And while I always hope that computer repairs are few and far between, I don't worry when it has to be done. I like that Gulfport Computer Repair is an individually owned shop and that Metria is very knowledgeable and does excellent work. This is my go to person for all my computer issues. She has repaired, upgraded and answered "stupid" questions on both of my computers. Metria treats me like I am her only client and takes the time to explain the problem and how she will fix it. BRAVO! Metria came to the rescue when my laptop computer (which is both my business and my brain) was literally crushed to death. I needed a temporary fix, and fast turn-around, and a long-term solution. Metria gets five stars on all counts, plus she is super reasonably priced. My only sadness at having my computer back is that I no longer have an excuse to visit Metria! Highly recommend!

I checked out some computer repair shops on Google and came upon Gulfport Computer Repair. Seeing that all of the reviews were 5 stars, I called and spoke to Metria. She said it would be best to stop in so she could look at it, and give me a precise quote, based on the specific model I had, and on what repairs were needed. A free, no obligation, diagnosis and estimate. She did give me a ballpark price over the phone, based on what I told her I needed. A cracked screen. After bringing my laptop to her shop, I was quoted a very reasonable price. She repaired the broken screen and being happy with the work done, I also had her diagnose 2 other broken laptops I had. She was able to fix one, cost effective for me, but not the other one. Made it functional and updated to current Windows 10. I was very happy with the services done for the price paid, and will definitely keep this repair center as my number ONE, go to place, to have any future repairs done. I made the mistake of going somewhere else before shopping around. I'll only go to Metria!!! My old pc that I only used for the solitaire game had a twin set of lines form being dropped. All I asked her to do was bring back the solitaire game. She threw in a good screen just 'cause she had one laying around!!! It was like MAGIC!!! Less than HALF the price of the other shop that was only to bring back the game. NUFF SAID!!!!!!!! :) :) :)

Metria and her staff are the best of the best. When I lived in Gulfport, she not only fixed my computers, but let me use the internet in her shop when mine wasn’t working, and let me print for a nominal fee. She also built a network and installed it in a place where I worked. Every time I have a computer problem, I wish I still lived there, because I’ve never found a more capable and knowledgeable computer tech. I have considered taking a trip there from the Midwest when my computers have problems. I would give Gulfport Computer Repair ten stars if I could.

Metria just got me back in business for NO CHARGE at all! Wow! She adjusted my bios and explained a workaround so I can continue to use the laptop. Having built every computer I ever had up until this laptop, I'm no stranger to bios, but Metria went straight to my problem.
