If you are in need of a roof, look no further. We had 5 companies come out to estimate our house for roof replacement. Mark Terlep is the only company that went up on the roof. Was here for a solid 35 to 40 minutes showing me different issues he noticed. Took time to answer any question I had. Explained what would be done, etc etc. His crew is hands down the best. Polite, courteous, respectful of our property. Cleaned everything up before leaving each day, showed up at the time they stated they would be there. We definitely selected the right company for the job. Carlos and Mike are extremely skilled at their craft. Tolerated me asking questions and all. You can not go wrong with Mark Terlep Roofing. Mark and team were very professional. I hired them to fix a leaking garage roof. They were quick to come by and give a reasonable quote. The finished work is excellent.
When I noticed a few broken roof tiles in another area they took care of it while they were there; no problem. All around great experience from start to finish.

Mark was on time for our inspection and did a thorough inspection of the roof. He provided feedback on the overall roof quality and the repair that was needed. Mark was honest and didn't try to upsell our repair into a full re-roof like other companies had.

The repair was scheduled and done within 2 days of us signing the contract with Mark. The repairman fixed the roof and you can hardly tell a repair was needed as the shingles match perfectly. The quality of the work was exceptional and the price was extremely reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend Mark Terlep Roofing and will use them again if our roof needs any additional work.

After having Mark Terlep Roofing do roofs for several friends and family, it was finally my turn for his services. I love how he walked me around the house pointing out problem areas, and his solution to the problems. He was upfront about his jobs ahead of mine, and was very communicative about weather set backs about the start of the job. Once, the job started, the workers showed up exactly when they said they would be there, the crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves everyday. After the job was finished, he was totally prepared for the inspection and the inspector to make sure the job was finished the first time!

Mark was great. Came and did the estimate himself. His staff was very professional and knowledgeable. They fixed a tricky leak for us and patched up any spots for the future too. Highly recommend them AND in a few years when we need a whole new roof, we will be calling Mark Terlep Roofing again.

Mark did a fantastic job. I expected an excellent job and that is what I received. However here is what I did not expect. I did not expect him to call me every step of the installation and when he told me of the next step it was executed expeditiously Additionally every day he thoroughly cleaned the yard of all debris. The job was completed ontime and for the agreed upon price. I could not have asked for a better roofing experience but, I have seen my neighbors wait for extended duration to have their roofs replaced. They seem to have been stalled in between stages whether it blue tarp, roof removal, or mid stage replacement. Their roofing experience seemed to extend over months where mine was timely.

Mark replaced my roof about 15 months ago. We gave a great review then, but wanted to provide an update. I just had an exterminator on my roof. When he came down, he told me that whomever replaced the roof did an excellent job. He said it was one of the best roofs he has ever seen.

I needed my 20 year old roof replaced on my house and guest cottage as well as repair on a flat roof over my lanai. I had a great experience with Mark and his crew. I had 4 roofing companies come and quote the job but Mark was the only one who walked me around both buildings while he inspected and pointed out the problem areas and offered resolutions. Also my strapping was not up to current hurricane standards so there were some issues that Mark had to resolve to bring me up to code. Installation went smoothly and the crew was very professional. They worked 4 days straight in the July heat and the end result is fabulous. I over-analyze things and this was no exception due to the enormity of the job. I read all the previous reviews of this company and others - did some other background research and eliminated everyone until Mark Terlep Roofing was the only one left on my list. He’s been doing business in PBC for a long time - knows what he’s doing and has a responsible group of guys working for him. I highly recommend for any roofing work you need whether new roof or repair.

I found Mark's company after reading great reviews online. My mother had two other roofers come out who did not even take the time to go up on the roof. Mark came out promptly and did a thorough inspection. He also contacted my brother in N.C. who had a few questions for him.
His crew came out a week later and in one day the roof was replaced and the yard was left spotless. Mark even sent a complete set of photos to my brother showing all work done. What a great experience. Beautiful roof, superb service. Highly recommended.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Mark and his company from the very beginning. I wanted to get a few estimates on our shingle to tile roofing project and Mark was the only one that actually came to our home and climbed on the roof, all the other companies used the property appraiser to check the dimensions of the roof to provide an estimate. Mark never missed a deadline, as a matter of fact, he was usually ahead of time on everything. One of the best and most experienced contractors I have dealt with, period. Also wanted to say thank you to Charlene, for staying on top of everything. Not does the roof on our home look amazing, Mark and Charlene made the whole process easy.

Start to finish, Mark was personable and informative. He took time to discuss and explain options, pros and cons, and the steps from quote to final inspection. The entire process was exactly as described.
I have an approx. 2300 sq ft roof that required tearing off the old shingles and paper, replacing several sections of roof decking, replacing several sections of fascia board, and application of new paper and shingles.
Crews showed up at 0700 last Wednesday and completed the reroofing on Friday around 1200. The inspector approved the final at noon on Monday.
Having never gone through a roof replacement before, it was great to have someone that put us at ease and answered all our questions. The crews were professional and did a good job at cleaning up after each days work. The onsite foreman was receptive to questions and kept us informed on start and quit times daily. Mark stopped by to check on progress throughout the project.
The roof looks fantastic and now there is less worry about its condition with hurricane season fast approaching.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Mark and his crew! From the first phone call requesting an estimate to the very last day the job was completed he was honest, forthcoming and ALWAYS keeping us updated on the progress! After the permit was in his crew of about 15 guys showed up around 8:00 a.m. and busted their butts and on the THIRD day the job was done! During those 3 days, before they would leave each day they would literally walk around my entire house and yard making sure everything was cleaned up! Our roof looks AMAZING!!!! This was the BEST experience we’ve had when dealing with contractors! I’m telling you, you won’t be disappointed! He might not be the cheapest around, but I’m a firm believer that you get what you pay for and, without a shadow of a doubt he and his crew are worth EVERY dollar!! Thank you Mark! We had our 40 year old roof replaced the end of August, 2014 by Mark Terlep Roofing. Prior to selecting a roofing company, we obtained 3 comparable bids from highly recommended roofing companies and decided to use Mark Terlep based on his knowledge and the fact that he was easy to talk to and really explained the process in detail. Because of the age and condition of the roof, we needed to replace additional plywood and Mark was more than fair with the pricing of the additional wood. Mark was also very patient in helping us decide on a color as we were going from a white cement tile roof to a dimensional shingle and were having a difficult time making a decision. The roofing crew arrived on time daily, were very courteous and did a fantastic job of cleaning up every day before leaving and most importantly the roof was completed on schedule. We absolutely love our new roof and will recommend Mark Terlep Roofing to anyone who is looking for an A+++++++++++ roofing company.

After EXTENSIVE research we decided to use Mark Terlep to put on a brand new roof for our place in West Palm Beach. He was on time, honest, and did a great job. I would 100% recommend using him. Probably the best contractor of any kind I’ve worked with. Complete new roof, and the work was finished on time and on budget. Excellent communication and flawless workmanship. My insurance company’s roof inspector gave the job an A+ approval (I’m saving quite a bit on my insurance premium).
