John Paul has been so great helping me getting my phone replaced with an updated model. He is super patient and answered all of my questions and at the end of the appointment I got a new phone with the same content as on my old phone. So now I’m not afraid of having a new phone and losing anything that is important from the old phone anymore. Thanks John!

I came in to upgrade my current phone and the last two months also upgraded my wife's phone. Luis who help me is nothing but professional and very good at his job. He help me with every question I had and work with me with all my services I need it. I would recommend him on being the best. Even though there was an issue getting my watch delivered to the store, he was able to get my phone set up and provide me with a different watch so that I could get everything set up and leave happily. John Paul is amazing! He was able to retain me as a customer after another Verizon store and the tech support couldn’t help after 3 trips and over 3 hours of my time and the other agents. He has become a new friend!!!! Fun to work with during the solution transaction as well!!! I like him, but Verizon’s corp tech support needs a major overhaul.
