John and charrisma made my boy the best looking car coming off that lot. I appreciate the help, the conversation and loyalty to the company! I managed it when it was home team and it’s refreshing to see a new company and new faces take over. Especially ones that go above and beyond for you. Thank you both so very much! I met Kunte and he did a great job helping me dry my car after it got cleaned! Great service as always from the team here.

I went in and the Michelle helped me figure out which wash best suited my needs. She was kind and helpful. Her manager also assisted as Michelle was a new employee. However I feel she was rather knowledgeable. Thank you modwash you will be forever my go to for car exterior care....

Jessica always makes sure I get the best most attentive service and even gave me a bottle of hand sanitizer for my car! I really enjoy coming here every week. They have exceptional customer service.Tae was very helpful , friendly and professional.

Tae did a great job today with my car and mats this was amazing customer service the manager was nice and friendly her name was Jessica and she gave us a big bottle of sanitizer and checked out our car then showed us how to use the air tool and glass spray. Great experience 10/10 we will be back!

I can’t say how thankful I am for Jessica and Josh at MOD! I just got a newer model car and shifting it to neutral was different than my last! It was my turn to go and for the life of me, I could not get it in Neutral. Jessica and Josh both helped me get it in neutral so I could go through the car wash. Jessica was sooo unbelievably patient and even volunteered to get in my car to make it happen! Even though I am mortified for making her do that and making others wait behind me, Jessica and Josh were patient and kind. BEST CAR WASH EVER! I love nice humans :)

Jessica and Josh were amazing. Seriously left with a huge smile on face! If you live in the area and need good service, car wash and some tips and tricks to keep you car nice and clean don’t think and come here. Also check out their monthly membership, it’s a great deal!

Came in for a quick wash and go and as usual Charisma is there keeping things going and making every visit a pleasant experience. I hope she is getting the recognition she deserves. She is probably my biggest reason for coming back.

From the beginning at the gate the employees make sure your greeted smiles n a few laughs. Michelle has amazing customer service. She and John work. Extremely well n have a good team work going on. I will def come back. Great Job modwash!!!!!

Kunte! He is great. Very friendly and helpful! He wipes down the outside of my car and had great conversation!! We need more people like him around. He brought a smile to my face.
