Umami Sushi Hibachi Restaurant and Bar

We’ve never had all you can eat sushi before so for the price we were SUPER skeptical going in.

If you’re going for dinner make a reservation ahead of the time because they were fully booked out for the night by 3PM on a Saturday.

After eating I can see why. It was AMAZING. everything from the food, to service to atmosphere.

The sushi rolls came out fast and were delicious.

I can’t speak highly enough of this place and we can’t wait to bring our friends back to try everything!!

I didn’t take pictures of everything we ate because we were so hungry but overall experience is a 10/10!!

Great service and good quality. It’s a $31 dinner buffet of unlimited sushi/ salads/ soups/ noodles and some fried appetizers. My family and I enjoyed the evening without being rushed and everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly. They have beer and sake available as well as some soft drinks and lots of hot green tea. I recommend the squid salad, tuna avocado and ginger, tiger roll and fried banana.

My husband and I have been going to Umami for over a year now, at least 2 times a week.

We love this place for so many reasons, but by far our favorite reason is our sweet waitress who we now call a friend ❤ Becca.
We immediately recognized she was such a gem at Umami and we ask for her every time. Huge shoutout to her and all of her hard work and friendship. She has seen my husband and I in all of our seasons for over a year now and brought us smiles and laughter and the best sushi ! 🍱🍣

We bring all of our friends and family here all the time, and we recommend Umami to everyone and they always ask to come back and look forward to going!
The food is quality and so good, and the atmosphere and service has always been beyond great. This will forever be our sushi spot. 🍣🍱

Buffet style with lively atmosphere. My friends I took here really enjoyed it. I would highly recommend to anyone coming in with groups or college mates after long study session or even family or friends when visiting from out of state or town.

There was also a section where you could host birthdays or big events. Service was wonderful and staff were wonderful. I think tuna wasn’t as fresh as I expected that day but at the price point I’m not picky.

They offer a wide selection of Japanese drinks as well to cater to all ages, little ones would love the ramune sodas I’m sure. My friends loved the desserts as well. Highly recommend.

Madison was my server today she was amazing and very personable in tune with the menu suggestions and so friendly.

We will be back probably for Madison, definitely for the food and experience.

My fiance and I decided last minute on a Friday night, to get endless sushi. Should be a nightmare, right? WRONG. They were very quick with EVERYTHING. Our server, Coral, was as sweet as can be. She helped me with recommendations because sushi is the wife-to-be's thing. The Godzilla roll is to die for, the mango dressing is in interesting mix with the soy glaze, but boy does it work! Highly recommend, for only $30 a head and completely, no limits, endless sushi, hibachi, and sashimi.

The food was phenomenal, I wish I wasn't moving out of state. My two brothers and I got the chicken teriyaki, served with miso soup, a side salad, white rice, and veggies. My man got the all you can eat sushi, he git three rolls, one of which isn't pictured. I tried all three, and the flavors were spectacular. The side salads came with a peanut sauce, I loved how it tasted, but I wasn't a fan of the texture. The Miso Soup was too fishey tasting to me, but was still good.

What an awesome place. We were told that this is an all you can eat restaurant and I must say, it surely was!
The interior is very modern, with lots of cool neon signage, and chill music playing in the background.
As far as the food, it has been great. Best sushi options I've had, along with their house sauces. The server was very courteous, polite and generous with options.
If you are in town and want an amazing experience, along with great sushi options, then this is definitely the place to be!

I can't believe I haven't been to this place after living here so long. I don't know if I've ever had such a value for my meal. They have an all you can eat deal for $28.99. you pay that and you can order anything off the menu. Want 6 eel rolls?? Have at it! Want to try every variety of shrimp? God speed sir!

Rebecca was our server and she is highly recommended. Really took care of us. She was probably at the table 40 times for our ridiculous appetites. I had three different sushi rolls for god sakes.

Really nice fresh food and reasonable prices. Our server was delightfully nice and helpful. Would come back here again. The restaurant was clean and even though it was super busy, the service wasn't that slow !

This place is all around awesome!! We all had the all you can eat sushi and everything we ordered was delicious! Food had a good presentation, was fresh, and tasted great. Our waiters were super nice and helpful. All the staff we dealt with was great. They were very much on the ball with new orders and to keep our drinks topped off. Definitely take a stop at this place! One of my new favorites in town! A+

We visited for the lunch special during a weekday. That price is fair for unlimited sushi menu items during that time. There is a full bar although they didn't have the beer option from the menu that we were looking for. I had heard that there is usually quite a wait but we came around 1pm and were able to be seated immediately. Food was quick and everyone was friendly to us.
Update: I've returned twice in the past two weeks with family members and everyone loved it!

Best all you can eat sushi ive ever had and I’ve been to like 20 of them. Prices are a touch more than some but the quality is excellent. Get the yummy roll:

Update: we come here alllll the time now. Not everyone in your group has to have all you can eat. I just get soup and rice but my daughters eats a ton of raw fish!

New favorite spot! This is an awesome sushi restaurant and the “all you can eat” menu is a great deal if you love fresh, raw fish! The current price was $31 (12/2023) per person and that includes appetizers, rolls, sashimi, and dessert! We came close to closing time and still enjoyed great sushi! If you have folks that don’t like raw fish, there is teriyaki chicken and egg rolls, gyoza, soup…and fried bananas! We look forward to enjoying Umami again soon!

Fantastic service and food!

We got the "all you can eat" lunch. We tried several appetizers and rolls. They were all delicious and beautiful. The chefs have a lot of skill and they are very quick.

Our server was nice, explained the menu options, and was prompt with taking our orders even though there were many tables in her section. The restaurant was staffed well because there were a couple of others that helped clear our empty dishes and bring new rolls.

We got there right when they opened and I was impressed with how well the staff handled the first rush. I'm also in the restaurant industry, so you notice these things.

Overall, the place is very clean, including the bathroom. The decoration is nice and the music is at a suitable volume.

I recommend the Yuzu Salmon Tartar and Takoyaki for starters. For rolls, we tried several and they were all so delicious. You can't go wrong with any, but my favorites were the Perpetual Love, Tiger and Atlantic rolls. We tried all of the desserts and I didn't expect it, but the tempura cheesecake is amazing! I'm not a fan of overly sweet thing, but it was just right.

Come here by yourself or with a big group and you won't be disappointed!

The comedy from the sushi chefs was remarkable. I got this million dollar masterpiece served to me from the chefs that were eyeballing my girlfriend. Men I would have to advise you to hide your girls bc these chefs are on the prowl 🤣

Fastest service I’ve EVER had at a dining restaurant especially considering we went on a Saturday evening and it was super duper packed full at every table. The sushi was also the most amazing sushi I’ve ever had too!! Everyone working here appears really nice and our server Kyle was super kind and helpful at answering any questions we had. If you’re looking for a good sushi place this is it! I promise you won’t be disappointed.
