FIVE STARS. The service of Windsor cleaner is excellent. They clean my clothes very carefully. I love it.

Windsor Cleaners does a far superior job than the one down the street. I switched to Windsor several months ago because my husband's shirt collars looked like he had been wearing them for a month! Now with Windsor cleaning them, they look like they should...CLEAN. They do a wonderful job with all our other clothes, too. And...Minita is wonderful and always has a smile on her face! I highly recommend Windsor Cleaners!

Love Windsor Cleaners ! Minita knows her job ....you tell her something once she never forgets for example no crease in my pants or clips on my husbands shirts ! The clothes look great ....Had bad experiences of my white clothes yellowing with repeated dry cleans at other dry cleaner because they didn't change filter . Minita is so pleasant to deal with and I am happy to take my D/C even if it's a little out of my way . Thank you MiNita and Windsor Cleaners !

Nice store. Prices too high.

The general cleaning is fine. However in March they lose my slacks which I left for hemming. They were over 150$ and brand new. I had to argue to get the 50$ credit to 80$.

Ok …so in April and May I bring in a few items to wash…they dry clean them instead and charge down my credit to like 55$. I go away for the summer and today I bring in a few shirts. “Oh…your credit has expired…it’s only good for 1 month.” Really?

These people will do anything to upsell your cleaning costs. And when they lose a garment they want to argue about the value and then don’t honor it because”it expired”.

Use them long enough and eventually you will see what I mean.

Rip offs.
