Sunrise Resort St. Pete Beach

Love this place. We have rented unit 508 multiple years in a row and love the pool area and view of the bay. The beach is a small trek across the street but that's fine because there are crosswalks and the unit we stay in has a beach wagon for chairs etc..

Very nice highly recommend this place. Walk across the street and down to the beach. Many eating places nearby.

I stayed at the end of August and it was amazing. The room was just like the pictures, clean, updated, and a great location. The balcony had an amazing view of the water, sadly we didn't see any manatees, but we enjoyed sitting outside. The pool area is good. The location was great - it is about a 3 minute walk to the beach across the street and has many restaurants in walking distance. I highly recommend staying at this place, my mom and I will definitely be back again next year!

Great place to stay especially if you're looking for some peace and quiet time. The staff was friendly and quick to address any concerns about our condo. Pool was wonderful...lots of seating available. Loved seeing manatees swim up to the dock behind the pool. The short walk to the beach didn't bother me one bit. Overall, a great little gem in St. Pete Beach.

Probably one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. Fabulous accommodations, everything is within walking distance. We walked the beach every day. The pool was awesome, can’t wait to return!!

My husband and I didn't stay here, but it was a nice place. My bestie stayed here in the 2 bedroom 2 bath. The patio is huge. The hot tub is huge. The pool is huge. They even have a place for corn hole. There's ton of seating in the pool area. I loved the fact that you couldn't get into the building past a certain time without a key.

The entire property is very well maintained, very clean, right accross from the beautiful beach. Our unit, #609, exceeded our expectations! Very clean, up to date decor, with awesome views. Can't wait to stay again.

Unit 507 is perfect! It is updated and decorated beautifully with a great beach vibe. The views are amazing. Back view is of the bay, front view of ocean across Gulf Blvd. Everything is in walking distance-beach, restaurants, shopping. Would definitely recommend this Unit-as it was very clean, in a great location and has anything you would need.

I stayed at this property with my wife and 18-year-old son over New Years 2021. We really enjoyed our stay here. The check-in process was very easy, and the property manager was very friendly. All information for our stay was provided in advance, so we knew exactly what to expect. The property was very clean and very comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the pillows were nice and thick (the way I like them!). The master ensuite bathroom was decent - one sink with a large counter for all of your things. The only thing I didn't like about the master bath was that the TP holder was very low on the wall next to the toilet, making it very difficult to get TP. A few more towels and wash cloths would be nice, although I understand that they have issues with theft. The 2nd bathroom didn't have this issue; having two full baths is a very big plus. The kitchen is decent, with most dishes & cookware provided. A couple of spatulas, cookie sheet, and pizza cutter would have been useful. The living room is comfortable, and there are plenty of channels on the TV for rainy days. The internet wifi is good enough for streaming videos and such, although my son said it was a bit lacking for gaming - can't expect it to handle that! The patio is nice and large, and affords a very nice view of the intercoastal waters. The sunrise peeks up in the corner of a neighboring building - I was hoping it would come up right over the water but it was still beautiful.

The location is ideal on St. Pete Beach. It's right across the street from the Tradewinds Resort, and there are many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. There are even grills to use on the property, although we didn't use them. In case anyone is wondering about the condition of the tennis courts, they were in the process of being refinished while we were there and should be looking brand new shortly.

Great location with gorgeous views of the intercoastal waterway and right across the street from the Tradewinds/beach access. Really nice pool area with grills, covered canopy to get out of the sun if you wish and lots of patio furniture. Heated pool, perfect temperature. Pleasantly surprised. The place was getting an exterior facelift (new paint) while we were there. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at the Sunrise several times. The rooms, common areas, and pool are always kept very clean. The front office staff are very responsive and personable. We would recommend staying at the Sunrise if you're looking for a relaxing, easy vacation!

Great location! You can see the bay and the Gulf from the condo. Clean, nicely appointed condo with onsite pool, tennis court, and shuffleboard.

Very clean and nice. We stayed in 301 and it was updated and perfect for our visit. There are manatee in the morning in the bay. Right across the Street from the beach.

I can not say enough good things about staying here. Quiet, comfortable, and convenient. I will not stay anywhere else. The staff are beyond awesome.

Wonderful staff, condo was clean, roomy, and gorgeous views, great walkability, nothing to be sad about here. Will be back!
