I've worked with Wellington Carpet Cleaning twice in the past year and highly recommend it. They're my go-to now. Here are some characteristics:
- Incredible cleaning, I've had professional steam cleaning done in the past and I'm still impressed each time I work with Brandon.
- Tells you the limits up front. If he's not sure he can get something out, he'll let you know before he starts. So you can decide if you want him to proceed.
- Shows up on time, practically to the minute.
- Clear communication before, during, and after the cleaning. His questions and input are detail-oriented. I'm never worried that we miscommunicated about the job. I even know what's going on with the cleaning while he's doing it.

Brandon with Wellington Carpet Cleaning was AWESOME! Scheduling was super easy and he was so kind & helpful throughout the whole process. Brandon cleaned both our carpets and tile in our new home — now it’s sparkling clean and ready for us to move in. He even gave some recommendations for floor products and cleaning methods for future use. If we need any sort of upholstery, carpet, or tile cleaning in the future, Brandon will be the first one we call. Thank you for the 5 star service!

I want to sing praises of Wellington Carpet Cleaning ! I recently moved into a rental complex and was very upset with the dirty grout in the tile throughout the kitchen, bathrooms and hallway. Brandon Duff came in and did an amazing job cleaning the grout and made it look brand new! I couldn’t be more happy! We've used Wellington Carpet Cleaning several times and each and every time we are more than pleased with his customer service, pricing and the results he achieves. We had our doubts about whether someone could clean our rug and make it like new again but we gave it a try and Wellington Carpet cleaning came through!! Brandon did an AMAZING job!! This is a long overdue review. If you are in the Wellington area and need your carpets done, stop reading and pick up the phone. Brandon is one of the most courteous, prompt, and professional people I've had the pleasure of doing business with. His services are top notch at a good price. We have two cats and two dogs, he's been cleaning our carpets and couches for 3 years now and have had nothing but excellent results.

Brandon did a great job cleaning the tile & grout in 2 bathrooms and the kitchen. They're old floors and I was amazed how great they looked after he was done - I'm really thrilled with the results & highly recommend his services. I am very pleased with the job Brandon did on our RV's aging carpets, a small job but very important to my wife in particular. We bought our terrific1998 VW-Winnebago last summer and I do not think the carpets had every been professionally cleaned. I did not want to rip up the carpeting and install new floor covering as my wife wanted, and Brandon made them look factory fresh. In addition, I was very impressed that he called the next day to make sure that the carpet had dried nicely and that we were pleased with the results. Brandon was fantastic. He answered my call quickly, scheduled a day to come in and clean on that phone call and did a great job when he did. Would definitely recommend to anybody needing their carpet cleaned!

I emailed Brandon about having an area rug with urine stains cleaned but found out that the cost of cleaning didn't make sense in comparison to the rug we had purchased. After I told Brandon we wouldn't be hiring Wellington Carpet Cleaning because of that, he went the extra step of providing us with additional tips and products that could help us in the meantime. Very cool to see people caring about PEOPLE and going the extra step to help even when they aren't making a dime from it.
