AT&T Store

Our family has been with AT&T.
From the beginning. I recall
Actually having a bag phone.
With what I believe Was Cellular One at that time. So you can tell we've been loyal customers For almost 4 decades.
The way I was treated when I was there on the second of january 2024 is the reason we continue to use AT&T. I don't recall the young man's name that helped me. But he did everything right. The way he spoke to me, the way he treated me, and the way he answered all my questions.
Was nothing less than professional.
And I want everyone to know. That they did a great job at the corporate store on Jesse Jewell in Gainesville Ga.

I walked in and was met by two associates. My request of upgrade was fairly complicated; however, it was taken care of immediately. I upgraded and was even made aware of a plan whereby I saved more money. I've been an AT&T customer since bag phones (I had mine installed in my car), mostly using the Jesse Jewell, Gainesville, GA store, and I've always been satisfied with customer service. Ali assisted me, but the second associate kept tabs on us and made sure I received the best plan available for 4 iPhones, 4 iWatches and 2 iPads, all with individual cell service, on my family plan.

Very enjoyable experience, my representative Torrey was knowledgeable, honest, and really made the shopping experience for a new phone fun and exciting! I left feeling well served and like a very valued customer. Glad I decided to go into the store instead of just ordering online. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the nicest person !! The representative Pedro was awesome as soon as I walked in the door he greeted me and made me feel welcome! I had multiple questions over the phone before coming in and when I was in the store, I have never felt as welcomed and safe to get my questions answered. I left absolutely satisfied!!

I recently visited this AT&T store and had the pleasure of working with a representative named Pedro. He was simply amazing! From the moment I walked into the store, he greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor.

I had a lot of questions about my account and was unsure of what I needed to do. Pedro took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He made sure that I was completely satisfied with my service and that all of my needs were met.

Not only was Pedro knowledgeable and professional, but he also had a great sense of humor that put me at ease during what could have been a stressful situation. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my service and that I had everything I needed before I left the store.

Overall, I had an excellent experience with AT&T and I cannot say enough good things about Pedro. He truly embodies the spirit of excellent customer service and I am grateful for his help. My son and I went to this store to add a line to my existing account.
Ada greeted us as soon as I walked in, She was Friendly and professional. Ada answered all of our questions promptly. Ada Recommended Case, Screen Protector and charger. I would recommend Ada for anyone looking to buy anything from this store. Great experience.

Amazing service, super knowledgeable staff, and they were downright kind. My service was set up very incorrectly at another location, wasn’t even this teams problem to solve but they did! They went above and beyond to help me and sort everything out. This is my go to store now for everything.

Vanessa was awesome! She was a pleasure to work with and she made my transition to become a AT&T customer super easy. She listened to my needs and executed very well. Great store rep and I felt like I gained a friend in her. I will be back and ask for her for sure!

First and and foremost I live no where near the area of this store and needed a new device because I lost my device , but upon arrival I met the sales representative Jose and explained my situation and told me not to worry and he was there to help. He showed me a variety of good deals AT&T had to offer , he even found me a discount through my job I had no idea about. I highly recommend working with JOSE !!!

Our experience at AT&T was amazing. We were immediately greeted and helped by Jose. He helped us with everything we needed and more. He explained everything thoroughly and was such a big help. He was also patient with all the questions and concerns my father had about anything.

Went in just a few days ago to upgrade my phone and pay off my old one. I was seen within 10 minutes, and the service was super quick and efficient.

The staff are all very friendly, and helped make even the slower parts of the process interesting by engaging in conversation (slow in terms of software transfer, NOT due to customer service problems)

Overall very happy with my time in the store.

Ada was great we came back and forth at least 4 times and Ada came to our every need. She was interested in the sale but had a heart to make sure her customer got all the info. She is a Gem and made me want to make my last trip a purchase through her. She's about the customer!! Thank you Ada you did a great Job and thank you for being so patient with me!!

I needed help with activating an upgraded phone and a new iPad. Laura was the young lady who helped me. She did an excellent job and was very friendly. I really wish all your agents on the c/s phone lines were as knowledgeable and spoke English as well as Laura does. I had called the c/s help numbers on several occasions and could barely communicate with agents.

Ryan Duncan is the best. He spent an extraordinary amount of time with us to make sure that we got what we needed. The experience was exceptional. Would highly recommend going to the Gainesville At &T store and asking for Ryan

James and Vishal provided exceptional service above any service I’ve ever received. They were very knowledgeable, and patient with me. Both broke down my bill, devices and taught me about AT&T repairs coming to my house to fix my phone. Today, I upgraded my watch to a series 7. I am leaving this store filling extremely happy!!! Thank you both

Hands down the best place in town or the state!!! Excellent customer service excellent most excellent. Instead of making my bill go up, they worked and re-done my plan saving me over $60/mo. Love this place!!
