This gym is amazing! Extreme Fitness is low-key...no pretentious people posing in front of mirrors. Nice change from those other big gyms! Gideon is one of the kindest people I know. He gives you the personal attention you want from a trainer. He listens to you and your body. I've been with him for many years. He will give you the results you want!!! I call him my Biggest Loser trainer - his positivity is contagious and you can't help but want to workout with him! Can't say enough good things!

I've been to a handful of gyms in a few different states, ME, MI, IL, and this is the one I easily enjoy the most. Everyone is always friendly, smiling, inviting, and down to earth. Definitely recommend to take a look.

Love this gym and my trainer Gideon. It's low-key and no one is in here judging or making fun of you. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

Extreme Fitness is conveniently located right by a stone mountain park entrance. I enjoy going up the mountain after my workouts with my personal trainer.
