What a gorgeous hotel, from the lobby area to the rooms to the restaurant and pool area. The Ben in West Palm Beach hits all the marks. The service all around has been great, too, and the hotel is even pet friendly. This property, along with the Breakers, are the two nicest hotels to stay at within the downtown Palm Beach area. I would definitely stay here again with the family on my next visit to town.

Super grateful to Jake and Ana for making sure I had a great 40th birthday with my aunt. The rooms are absolutely stunning and let me tell you, that rooftop bar is one of my favorites in the country! Good times and I will definitely be back soon. Thank you, team!

The Ben was the perfect hotel to spend spring break with my family. The location is in the center of West Palm Beach and 1 block from Clematis. Proper Grits is a comfortable and beautiful restaurant in the lobby where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. Whit the concierge was spot on with reservations and recommendations of the "go to" restaurants in Palm Beach. He is very friendly and was a bonus to the stay. The free shuttle to Palm Beach is amazing! I would also like to mention Rachel at the pool who is super friendly and accommodating. The staff at the rooftop restaurant Spruzzo is not the friendliest. The manager Yaro was very nice and offered us free drinks and dessert to overcompensate for the rude staff. Overall, it was a great stay but for the amount of $ spent each night I would expect better service at the rooftop bar and the staff to be more accommodating to hotel guests.

Sometimes you just need to take your glasses off, relax and enjoy life. This place is impeccably clean and well maintained. The rooms are well proportioned and beautifully decorated. Most of all the show has lots of pressure and the rooms are quiet due to concrete floors. Their fitness center has a nice mix of cardio and kettle bells/weights. The location is right downtown so you can easily walk to bars and dinner. If you’re feeling particularly ambitious you can walk to bridge to the beach. Lovely trip.

We enjoyed the most amazing experience at The Ben West Palm. We were greeted by Whit, the most incredible concierge upon arrival that suggested The Meat Market and Lynoras for our dinner nights and both 5 star service. The Boho sheik vibe is truly indescribable and worth every penny. The customer service as a whole, the food in any restaurant on site and the rooms are truly beyond wonderful. Can’t wait til next year ❤

Our experience started out poorly with music from a loud private party reverberating to out 5th floor room. Management was able to take care of the issue to our satisfaction. That service was greatly appreciated!
Restaurant food is terrific as is the location and quality of the room.

I was there for a weekend wedding with my boyfriend and everything was amazing. Nick was our host, and he was extremely friendly and helpful, if I have the opportunity to come back I will be there again, also as a platinum member the offer complimentary breakfast, which was absolutely delicious and the restaurant is beautiful. The wedding reception was gorgeous, everything about this place is completely worth it!

I cannot say more about how fantastic this hotel is! From the staff, the amenities, the rooms, the location, the roof-top pool , the service, check-in.. you name it! My husband and I had our hotel block at the Ben and each staff member we encountered went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure every detail was perfect. We specifically worked with Isabelle Swank- Sales Coordinator and wow, I truly can't say that I have worked with anyone better. She did everything to make sure our weekend was perfect for us and our guests. We had constant communication and everything was extremely timely and detail oriented. They made our wedding weekend absolutely perfect and we can't say thank you enough. WE HIGHLY recommend this hotel and can't wait to get back!!

Absolutely the best! The area is super walkable, there are bikes to borrow, and the view from the pool is spectacular! The Ben offers a free local shuttle (Bruno), and Ubers are never far away. The common areas are very inviting and were thoughtfully decorated for Christmas. Jacob at the front desk assisted with our requests and was always smiling, courteous, and helpful. Adam, the manager on duty, assisted us and was very helpful planning our next stay. In my opinion an experience at The Ben exceeds Marriott standards that I encounter elsewhere.

Excellent hotel. The staff is extremely nice. The room was very nice with a great view and comfy bed.

The Ben was excellent. There are a lot of hotel choices in the West Palm Beach area but The Ben is the best one that we stayed in. Staff was very welcoming. Though a Marriott - The Ben has the feel of a boutique hotel. It is an easy hop to downtown Palm Beach - Worth Avenue area and an easy walk to the Clematis area of WPB. Will definitely stay there again.

Just celebrated our wedding at The Ben! We had an absolutely lovely and unforgettable experience here. The service here is top notch, the staff are all so kind and cool and the hotel is just beautiful. Love how dog friendly and human friendly this place is! Perfect location and just a beautiful facility all around. Will certainly be returning. Thank you for making our wedding amazing!

Ideally situated to explore West Palm, including Clematis Street and the water front area. A 10 minute drive by car provides access to the Flagler museum, Breakers hotel and shops of Palm Beach. My wife and I had a suite and second room connected by an alcove which afforded us lots of privacy and beautiful views of the marina.
Only the dinner in the downstairs Proper Grist was disappointing, when the seared red snapper was overdone and dry, and so were the diced red potatoes.
Hotel accommodation, staff and valet service deserve 5 stars.

Always the best Work/Staycation. We are Fort Lauderdale locals and come stay when we have an early court hearing for our Law Firm-Feinstein Real Estate Litigation and Business Law. The entire staff is phenomenal! Each time we come the experience is even better than the one before! Everything all around is a 10, bellman, valet, front desk, rooms, ambiance, location, best server-Gorkem and best hostess Ruth at Proper Grit. We also love the rooftop bar! We are loyal Ritz Carlton/Marriott Platinum members and I would have to say this is one of our favorite hotels in South Florida! Keep up the excellent work!

Had a staycation with my husband and two dogs here this weekend and it was fabulous. The service is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and they even gave us some goodie bags for our dogs. The food at the hotel restaurant was 10/10 amazing as well as the service. Our room was so comfortable and modern with a lovely bay side view. Would have stayed there forever if I could

Clean spacious rooms. Exceptional service from Anie at the front desk to the bell man Charles. The hotel itself has very smart branding it makes you feel you’re living a story. The view is so nice especially from the pool where you can also see the far ocean. Breakfast was included its not a buffet you pick form a menu which was very convenient. At check in the front desk told us its not included on the first morning they confirmed it is included so double check! Again at checkout they almost charged us for it so there is a bit of confusion there.. parking is charged 50$ per day we didnt know that I suggested to have a clear poster or communication about parking charges but the manager said its already in the website..
They offer a free shuttle around the area which was very useful. Overall it was one of the best hotel stays I would say American service mixed with European attention to detail!

The attention to decor details all over including rooms was so chic. The staff were so sweet and knowledgeable of the areas. Food was absolutely delicious. Definitely will be back:).

I love this hotel and will always choose The Ben when in West Palm Beach. They hit all the right notes on service, rooms, location, and decor. We were able to walk to many places downtown and they also have a little shuttle that will pick up and drop off with a simple text message. We also enjoyed the loaner bikes available. The restaurant on site had a great breakfast and cozy patio to sit out and eat. Our stay was amazing and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

All around great hotel! My wife threw my surprise 40th bday here! Rooftop pool is great! Food was amazing! Service was awesome! We will return!
