Hilton Garden Inn West Palm Beach Airport

We have experienced a wonderful stay at this gorgeous place. The staff was very open and inviting. You can tell that the business really implements customer service excellence. You're very welcome. Laurie was extremely helpful she went above and beyond to meet our expectations. While her and my wife had a conversation she was so kind to give my wife her brooch. That is going the extra mile for your customers we would definitely revisit this place again absolutely positively wonderful.

This hotel is a great stay! We had a very long delay at the airport which ended up as a cancellation, we were given vouchers for this Hilton location and it is so clean and welcoming! Laurie at the front desk was the BEST! She was so kind and catered to all of our needs after a very long day. It is also super close to the airport so it is an easy drive to and from. Would recommend!!!

Perfect stay for a long weekend. Laurie at the front desk was super nice and helpful! She even gave my aunt a pin when she complimented hers. Such a sweet thought. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable.
Will definitely come back again.

Excellent service, and close to the airport with a shuttle service. My friend and I had our flight cancelled so we got hotel vouchers which were accepted and processed by Laurie, who is incredibly kind and helpful. In the morning, I had to figure out how to use my meal voucher, and Dana was so helpful (along with a young man whose name I didn’t catch). Everyone was so friendly, which is so appreciated when you’re tired and you were supposed to be home that day.

Great location. Friendly staff from the front desk to our server, Avril; along with the General Manager, Heather! She certainly was a welcoming team member and made our stay comfortable! She definitely cares about her staff and guests having spoken with her on a few occasions throughout our stay. Restaurant was not only convenient but delicious. Shuttle service offered to the downtown area where they have a theater, restaurants, shops and bars!! Definitely returning in the future.

The staff at the hotel was wonderful, helpful courteous, kind they were just so good. You hired a good bunch of people the girl at the front desk Laurie she was so sweet and had a great personality. She is certainly a credit to your hotel. I would stay here again anytime thank you.

Ashley, Damain and Trevar were super friendly. All of them had smiles on their face and the service was great! The bar had ice cold beers! Also, the rooms are very nice and clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Our front desk clerk dejon was so informative, fast, engaging, kind and most of all happy to answer all our questions. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Would stay here again when in this area.

This is a very nice hotel. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Avril, Trevar, and Damaine for going above and beyond! Food is also very delicious at the bar! Definitely would stay here again!

First of all, the Greeting I got at arrival of 3 smiling faces at this surprisingly posh Hilton right near the airport is a wonderful respite and that the staff really IS THAT nice! Ashley is the kind of personality that makes one want to saddle up to a bar, anywhere. She is great! A teetotaler, myself, I watched Ashley manage a row of all different people from all different parts of the country ! She’s fabulous. Damain & Trevar are equally sweet .

Ashley Damian and Trevar are the best. I come here frequently and always come to the restaurant bar to say hi. They always remember me ask it feels like extended family. Literally my favorite hotel!

Very safe and clean. I was worried about my paddle boards on the roof of my suv. No worries. And security kinda posted up there by them. Beautiful room. Clean comfy. Loved it....

Such a nice place to stay when you need to be close to the airport….the rooms are very nice and the staff is great… Dejon and Hiram were extremely helpful!

The service is excellent specially at the breakfast restaurant, Avril was very attentive and very friendly, the cook Trevar came over to see if everything tasted good. I will definitely come back again!
