I ordered bath bombs and a couple of them came broken. I notified Vida Vibe and they quickly made it right! They sent me more bath bombs in different packaging to ensure safe delivery of the product. I truly appreciate their quick response, help, and kindness!!!

Every order I’ve received has been well packaged and always prompt. Their products have proven to be great gifts and they always send nice little notes and extras. I’ve pursued for my daughter for Christmas and her birthday and I’ve even bought for myself. Most recently I purchased for a teammate “secret Santa” type thing. I’m hoping the 12 year old that my daughter got likes her gift and I’m excited to get it in the mail. I would recommend purchasing from Vida Vibe Volleyball any day.

We came across VidaVibe when searching for one of my daughter's other favorite stores Pura Vida, we are so happy too because not only does VidaVibe have a huge selection of awesome items they also have a MONTHLY CLUB for stickers and t-shirts. My daughter to be honest is more of a t-shirt girl than jewelry so this is going to be perfect for her! She will be excited each month for a new shirt. I bought a huge order my first time including sweatshirts, bags, stickers and the softest blanket we've ever owned. Biggest thanks to Pura Vida and their team! The customer service I have received has been above and beyond. I ordered two shirts and they were too small for my daughter when they came in. I sent an email and immediately got a reply. They were understanding about the exchange. Communicated with me through the whole return/exchange and when the new shirts were shipped out. Outstanding customer service!! We will be referring them to all our volleyball friends and players.

PuraVida is a great business place. I met them at a volleyball tournament once a couple of years back in Daytona Beach. I continue to support them because of their fantastic customer service. I order 11 pairs of Easter Volleyball socks for my daughter’s team to wear in their Easter volleyball tournament. I noticed there were only 10 in my order. I emailed and received an Acknowledgment right away. They got me the extra pairs and out the same day. Great job!!

I have been working with Jenn and her team for a few years now and they are amazing! They are super creative and great at designing. I always receive my order on time and it looks better than I could have imagined! Will continue to use them in the future for sure.

Amazing customer service! I reached out to customer service right after my order was sent to inquire on delivery. They responded within minutes that it was processed. Hours later I realized I made a mistake on one of my items and sent another request to service for a credit and received another immediate response with a refund!
