DoubleTree by Hilton West Palm Beach Airport

Really more of a 4.5 star than a 5, but solid enough of a hotel. Service was excellent at all times. Location was good, an easy drive to the airport as well as the downtown area. Room was basic but clean and reasonably comfortable.

I did not know what to expect from reading some of the reviews. But what I found was a decent hotel at decent price in south Florida. It is the not the Breakers or Boca Raton Resort. I found the room well equipped and yes it is bit older. But great tv and wifi. Had breakfast every day in the hotel restaurant. They have a buffet or about 6 items on the menu. I had an omelette each day and was very good and honestly the same price I pay for one in my hometown. The pool patio area was nice. Is this hotel brand new no? But it was clean and decent for me and I am Hilton person. Great location close to downtown WPB and Palm Beach itself.

Having a not so great experience at the last Hilton hotel in Miami, I was apprehensive to stay at another Hilton but we did and it was worth it! I must say thank you to Amanda at the front desk for her dedication to customer service. She was accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. She was empathetic to our previous experience and assured me that this stay I would be different. She took the time to share her “hot spots” in West Palm Beach when checking in and when checking out she followed up with an inquiry of what our thoughts were on the places she suggested (which honestly were fantastic). The hotel was reasonably priced, clean, and centrally located. This experience was very nice and we appreciated all that it had to offer. Thank you again Amanda, your supervisor should value you as an employee you are a gem and those are hard to find these days. We will absolutely return to this hotel when in the area.

Was slightly apprehensive after seeing some of the reviews but it was a great experience. Location and parking was convenient. Honey at the front desk made check in a breeze and my 2 year old loved the warm cookies. The room was extremely clean and free of dust. Last, we were able to be given a room with a bathtub, which is so important when traveling with a small child.

Surprisingly delighted! I've stayed at a lot of airport hotels but the staff here makes my stays comparable to the Conrad. Stacey, Christian, Mike, Amanda, Joseph, Ali, and all the other staff are welcoming, friendly, and make every stay customized.

Hotel staff were incredible. We truly felt welcome and it was very clean and we had a wonderful stay. It's well worth it.

Fabulous stay at the Double Tree. Flight was delayed due to the storm, Lilly read my message regarding a late check-in and had everything ready to go. Now that is 1st Class customer service. Thanks Lilly. King size bed had a super firm mattress, showers had the perfect amount of pressure. Morning breakfast was always hot and delicious with very attentive servers. I will defiantly stay here again in my future travels.

I was Marines and State Department (and CIA). Whenever I walked into a Marine Unit, an Embassy or a CIA Station, I could gauge pretty much instantly the caliber of the senior leadership. There is just this vibe you get - the staff kind of vibrate it out in their demeanor, eye contact, level of calmness, happiness, contentment, etc - positive or negative.

This particular hotel hums with happy staff. Front desk, checking in and out. Personal without being obsequious. And, thanks for the cookies!

Someone had left a backpack outside the entrance. It was there when I checked in and after I grabbed my bags and returned. Not a big deal - it was outside, but - I still wanted to alert someone. Guy - employee I approached - 'Yes sir - I saw it as well - I got this'. Nice. Not front desk - just a guy who worked there.

Room was good, bed was nice - but so is every other high end hotel.

What made this establishment different was the morale of the staff. They cared - they really cared, and it was not a fake.

Shout out to management. I did speak to one of the managers - Ms. DeRosa - and asked her to tell the other managers - job well done!

I will say Honey was fantastic...she was very friendly and had a warm smile... very helpful and answered all of my questions...the rooms were nice and clean and this was a good location close to everything and off the highway

I went with my friend for a weekend gateway. I had a great stay. The hotel spacious and comfortable. I would be coming back to stay.

Lovely staff. I enjoyed my stay!! Would definitely recommend to someone else needing a hotel in that area.

I visited the area to report on a baseball tournament and chose to stay at this hotel for two nights. I had a great experience as the staff was exceptionally friendly and the rooms were impeccably clean. Moreover, the location of the hotel is conveniently situated.

The Gecko burger in the restaurant was awesome!!! I never eat a whole burger but I couldn't help it!!

Our first day arriving we were Greeted by a awesome woman receptionist. She checked us in smoothly and gave use warm cookies. Our King size room was spacious and Clean & Sanitize. The shower pressure was awesome and bed was comfy. The hotel was near a lot of restaurants and attractions. Overall great stay & getaway trip.

Have been a regular here for work... wonderful people and staff. Nothing is perfect, but all you have to do is talk nicely to the staff and they will work hard to remedy the situation. The people, the cookies, the amenities. Restaurant is nice, see Daniel for breakfast

Clean and comfortable, everyone friendly, close to the airport, due for renovation in 2024 but it doesn't look like it needs one.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and we will continue coming back when we visit west palm beach. Every staff member we met was super friendly. The room was pretty nice, the only drawback being no microwave(not a big deal). The refrigerator was VERY cold, like even colder than the fridge at our house lol. It's convenient to everything. The pool was clean and we got lucky with it not being crowded. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and cleaned the double beds are a little on the smaller side but they're comfy. They have a gym and pool which is a plus. The pool water could be cleaned a bit better but it was enjoyable. The dining area inside also has good food. When greeted my reservation didn't show up which was a bit weird so make sure you have your confirmation email etc to show in case that happens to you. There's always parking in the lot so thats also a plus. I would definitely stay here again.
