Absolutely the best guitar center I have ever been to. George the manager was so helpful and really took his time to help me find the perfect guitar. He went above and beyond and was super knowledgeable! The guy with a cool mustache and long hair went above and beyond to help my girlfriend find the perfect piano with ableton software built in. Wish I could also remember his name but he was super helpful too! Highly recommend going to this guitar center!

I purchased an electric guitar for my granddaughter online for Christmas from guitar Center. After a couple of Uses the jack needed repair. Which apparently is a common problem. We bought it to the West Palm Beach location, Were they discovered the arm of the electric guitar was damaged. A replacement was months away due to back orders. Jason went above and beyond to replace with An upgraded electric guitar, no additional charge. I truly appreciate all the time and effort Jason put into replacing The electric guitar. My granddaughter was so happy as this is her first guitar and she’s teaching herself! Thank you Jason. You are truly appreciated.

Very knowledgeable and accommodating staff at the West Palm Beach location. I have purchased two guitars there, and I have been very happy with both of them.

Love this Guitar Center! Every time I walk in to pick up an online order or inquire about something, I am always greeted with kindness. I may not be greeted right away, but I always leave happy from there. Ryan and everybody else who works there are truly awesome people to talk to. Definitely will be back in the future! Nice customer friendly team. Only issue is stock of items fluctuates on simple items(cables, picks, power strips etc) but always willing and able to get you the product needed they are out of quickly.

It's a really big store with lots of good musical equipment/instruments. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. I enjoy each time I go there.

Always enjoy this store because you can try out the equipment for free. My son loves to try all the pianos and drums. We always have a great time and they have everything you need for all musical stuff.

Only went in to pick up and pay and the people were so nice and even got an extra mic stand from the back for me!

My experience today was rockstar! I was able to slide in and get all the information that I needed to make a solid purchase. I picked up a new Pioneer Dj controller and all the accessories to go along with it. I'm super stoked to go rock a party with all this new gear!

This is my first time reviewing a store, so that should say something. Everyone in GC here was so friendly and helpful. I wish I remembered their names, but the man with the glasses was especially kind and attentive to my situation, and the repair guy went the extra mile to make sure my bass was working properly along with what I brought in. Couldn't recommend the store more!

I had some warranty work done on my Pbass and Ryan the technician there did an amazing job fixing it and getting it to me in a timely manner. Great job!

Very helpful staff, despite the fact that I was there for a minimally profitable purchase, I received the same treatment as though I were purchasing that beautiful gretsch guitar that has been in my dreams. My son is happy with the classical strings that I have put on his little micro classical guitar as well!
