Randy and Steve (and I think it's Randy dad) are always extremely polite and very helpful. Anytime I ask for a particular product that I like if they do not carry that product they always get it and start carrying it and seem to make sure that it is always in stock for me. The never act like it's an imposition or the there any problems. This is awesome customer service it's a shame there are so many people out there that have forgotten what customer service is.
