Hilton West Palm Beach

Nice hotel, in the middle of west palm. Very clean, updated, efficient. Car valet people were excellent. Never kept us waiting and like all the other employees were polite and courteous. Pool was nice, difficult to get a chair. Screaming kids and idiot parents not keeping them “ seen and not heard” was the worst part of the 7 day stay. Guests dressed to impress. Elevators plentiful and fast. Bar was comfy and well stocked with higher end liquor. I would definitely stay here again. Its not a stretch to say Hiltons do not let us down.

First time in West Palm Beach and would definitely this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and updated. The outdoor area is so relaxing. Yoga and workouts led by local instructors on the turf. DJ playing by the pool during the afternoon during our stay However, the music wasn’t overpowering; you could hear it perfectly but still talk to the person next to you without an issue. Great location. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice room, new and clean, spacious, beautiful material and color. Breakfast lots of variety and very delicious. Staff super friendly! Very helpful and makes us feel welcomed. We love our stay very much and it absolutely exceeds our expectations. We would love to come back again and we highly recommend this place!

Location is great. Easy access to many restaurants and stores. Valet, front desk, waiters, maid… all were top notch. Rooms are a bit small and dated. But everything else besides that is absolutely top notch.

Conveniently located walking distance from Restoration Hardware rooftop bar, shopping, Harry’s (fun bar vibe, great apps). Soft towels, good water pressure. Pillow situation is solid on the bed (don’t sink to nothing in the night like straight down). In suite toiletries smell like rotten grapefruit, but everything else was luxurious. Gorgeous pool.

I can't say enough great things about this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with my needs. Rooms are clean and spacious with high end bath amenities. The resort style pool is world class with cabanas and live DJ on weekends. The breakfast at Mezze was fresh and had terrific waitstaff. Do yourself a favor and stay here when visiting the West Palm Beach area.

The best Hilton I’ve ever stayed at, this hotel is well-run with friendly and efficient staff (front desk, valet, and poolside service), a well laid out and spacious lobby, nice rooms with quality shampoos/creams, a small but good gym, and an incredible outdoor pool that is well configured, large, attractive, serviced capably, and just a lot of fun. Excellent location near lots of retail and restaurant that are across the street. As an example of their top service, when we had our EV car in valet parking, they charged the car without having to ask..very cool.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. We stayed in the suite and it was perfect. Very clean, spacious, comfortable beds. I was super impressed with staff member Jorge. he was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again! Highly recommend!

Had an excellent experience at this hotel in early December. Great location, food and service was outstanding. Pool was very inviting and provided a great back drop for our stay. Gym was also very good and easy to access and use. Thanks to the Hilton West Palm Beach team for the a great stay.

I stayed at this Hilton for 5 nights for a conference so I was able to take advantage of most of the amenities and experience several occasions of excellent customer service.
My room was spotless, the gym is well equipped and the pool had been renovated recently so it was lovely.
The food in The Gallery is very good and the service was friendly.
I look forward to staying here for the next conference.

The Hilton Hotel in WPB was the perfect place for our room block for our wedding and our home base for getting ready, photos, etc. Maria was amazing! She helped with logistics for our guests booking, making sure our suites were perfect, helping us find picture locations within the hotel, and making sure the bar was prepared for our after party. Our guests loved the property and we had the best time! We’ll be back for a staycation for sure!

We had a fantastic New Year's Eve weekend at the Hilton - West Palm. Rooms and room service were fantastic.....food and bar service was excellent, and all of the staff there is very friendly and accommodating.

The "icing on the cake", however was the exceptional service I received from Security Officer Jorge and his Supervision Alistair when I left an expensive bottle of cologne in my room upon departure. I called the hotel and these guys went far above and beyond to find the cologne and get it shipped back to me. When they received the initial word that it had not been found, they made the extra effort to reach out directly to the persons who cleaned the room.....and they found it! I'm very grateful for what they did (especially because it was this year's Christmas present from my girlfriend!!). Thanks Jorge and Alistair!

And thanks to all at the Hilton - West Palm for a very enjoyable weekend!

We loved staying at the Hilton in West Palm Beach. Everything about the hotel was so new and fresh and the food was particularly good. The service was incredible, I felt like they really cared about making us feel welcome. They took care of all our needs. A special shout out to Kietra, Kelly and Valentina for truly making our stay 5 stars!!

This place has everything you need to relax and have a good time. The facilities are clean, the staff is friendly, the location is perfect, totally recommended.

Nice hotel with good amenities, it has free shuttle survive around city, with stayed the same trip at Ben, Autograph Colleclition, the Hilton was better. Comfortably mattresses and pillows, had no issues with loud music mentioned in other comments.

Amazing site within walking distance to all kinds of greatness.... drinks at night.. drinks in the morning coffee ☕ 😋 gym on site ...gym (la fitness)across the street ... salty donut nearby .... burgerfi 4 minute walk... hot tub on site with even weddings in the courtyard.... finally love Galley restaurant downstairs-i come here just for the food regardless of me staying there overnight !!!

Visited Hilton West Palm Beach strictly for the pool area via ResortPass. It was absolutely beautiful, with amazing food, drinks and service! Totally worth visiting if you’re looking for a day of luxury.

Great location and service at this Hilton in West Palm Beach. Had a great time with family. Couldn't try the restaurant so can't comment on the food aspect but overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff at the front desk was very helpful.

The complimentary shuttle ride to the beach and towel/chair service offered by the hotel was unexpected but very welcome, particularly because the pool was closed for renovation. Would return to this hotel when in the area.

I enjoyed our suite and our suite views. The location is nice for walking. The bathroom was spacious and included a vanity area with chair. The closets and drawers were great. There was a fridge. Bed and pillows comfy. Breakfast tasted great.
