Visited imaging department today and every person I interacted with had a great attitude, was incredibly helpful, kept me informed throughout the process, exceedingly nice and respectful. Overall a great experience

Never been so happy to visit the doctors office. From making the appointment to attending them, everything is awesome. Let’s face it, nobody likes getting told something is wrong with their health; therefore, coming to the doctor Office is a scary feeling. At Cleveland Clinic the customer service is beyond excellent. They’re quick getting you in and taking care of your needs so you can continue with your day. Everything is under one roof so you’ll get your labs done here and many more things. The place is clean and everyone is very informative/nice. I was refer here by a coworker and ever since my first visit I been referring people. They have a great tool called “my chart” application which they help you set up, the app will remind you of upcoming appointments and give you all the result from your labs. They also call you and remind you of upcoming appointment so missing an appointment would never be an issue. The app is something I truly love because the traditional way of getting result is just by the doctor letting you know what’s wrong or simply letting you know everything is okay. On the app you can review your results in detail and work on your weakness. I showed my friends and they’re astonish. Overall happy with everything so far.

Really concerning to see so many entitled people complaining about insignificant details. Yes you have to pay for parking, and yes you have to share an elevator, but you share the elevator with people who were screened by, and cleared through the ground level security checkpoint, and they require masks, so why is that such a problem? I've only ever had a great experience with Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Gans has always treated me with respect, professionalism and punctuality. Always reachable through mychart. Dr. Nguyen is my PCP and he takes time to listen and provides good feedback. Very fortunate that I am able to receive care here, looking forward to continued healthcare with Cleveland Clinic!

Was seen by Dr Livingston, my appt time was less than finding a parking spot, the staff were super nice and friendly , environment was clean , not cluttered .

Fantastic experience. Cleveland Clinic was able to book my appointment quickly. I saw Dr. Nguyen with virtually no wait. Dr. Nguyen was very thorough and promptly followed up with all of my email questions.

I love Dr. Mason! She is amazing!! She knows her information as well. I have been going to her for the past 3 years. The online portal is good too. Overall great experience with her. Dr. Michelle is wonderful as well. She’s at the Royal Palm Office now :( a few good doctors have left

Professional, efficient, up to date technology, excellent service and caring, competent medical staff. I love that all of my labs and tests can be done on site. Dr. Goginini is a very good primary care physician. I am very satisfied with Cleveland Clinic.

Located inside the city place building. Parking is valet but lines are very long. Self parking is in the city place parking lot. Great self check-in machines. You enter name And scan insurance cards and pay your copay automatically. Only one elevator takes you to the Cleveland clinic 14th floor and only the 14th floor. The other elevators do not go to this floor. Drs seem to always be on time.

Love all the doctors, staff, etc. All the locations are clean and friendly. When I call and need a call back I always receive one. Highly recommend the locations my Dr’s are at (Palm Beach Gardens and West Palm). My Dr’s are fantastic.

Beautiful facility, professional staff, and very quick! In the three time I've visited, I never waited more than 10 minutes and I am in and out fast enough to take advantage of free parking in the garage (under 80 minites)
