Basic wash did not clean my car, but I took it back and spoke to Carlos and he explained what needed to be done to clean the car as it had some sap from a tree that baked into the cars white paint. He was extremely helpful and seem to truly care. Initially I was very disappointed with the service, but after the great customer service from Carlos and him explaining the situation I will be back.

We used to go to Motor City, but when they weren’t doing a good job anymore, we found Sure Shine. Boy what a difference. They do such an amazing job from ease of paying, to the wash itself, to the inside detail work. Our cars have never looked better! They give special attention to detail in and out. If your looking for a consistent place to get your car cleaned, look no further!

I asked the attendant if there was something they can do about the interior of the car( The car is 10 years old), it was completely ruined by the sun. The car also needed a good cleaning on the outside.
I was absolutely amazed when I picked up the car. It was clean and shining on the outside, but the interior and dashboard were as if the car was new.
The headlights were foggy, It was really hard to see at night. After the car wash,the headlights were clear and bright as the day I bought the car. It was wonderful to drive at night again. Thanks for a wonderful service

I just have to say this the best car wash EVER I ordered an interior service. What really made my day was this place. I had a huge yellow scratch on my front fender. I never mentioned it and when my SUV was finished the detail person removed the paint a completely I thanked him and went gave him a big tip. It was very thoughtful that someone would just do that service for free!!
I have to say I live in western lake Worth and it’s worth the drive to my favorite car wash. I have had my car cleaned at other places with that scratch and no one else did the job thank you so much sure shine the management and staff have been there awhile I used to live by this place I’ll always go here hands down!!!

I work out of my vehicle going from construction site to construction site, and my vehicle can get pretty nasty on the inside, I just got the inside of my vehicle cleaned and the three ladies that were there went to town on my vehicle and did a wonderful job. More than I was expecting, I would highly recommend using this service. They were super friendly and smiling the whole time. Would give them more than five stars if I could but that's all I'm allowedn.
They did an awesome job on the outside of my vehicle also, I've used them a few times and won't use anybody else.

I was blown away at the service of this place. I was in a hurry, but they said a wash and interior would only take 15 minutes. They were correct and the job was top notch.

They cleaned my minivan better than the detailing I have had the dealer do and the staff was very polite and professional.

I paid $45 plus tax to have my car detailed here and I had my head blown. What a great experience. Everyone couldn’t of been nicer, super clear directions. After we went through the wash we turned it over to Ossberto Who detailed it better than it’s ever been detail before. His job destroyed the 400 job dollar job that I paid at the dealership. My Honda pilot has never looked so good. Everyone from the person who took my money to the manager, who stopped what he was doing to show me different one dollar coins after I’ve never seen them before, Couldn’t have been nicer. We sat for 40 minutes and they’re clean show room and then came out to a car that was mind blowingly clean. I tipped big But honestly I wish I’d kept more because this was the best job I’ve ever seen. These guys take pride in the work and they seem to have fun working together. I was incredibly impressed and I live next-door so I can go whenever I want! Thanks from Chris in cemetery village.

15 minutes and $35 later - spotless !

I have used this car wash many times in the past and they always do a great job. Today I signed up for the unlimited premium car wash and found out that they not only do a great job their employees are very honest. About a week ago I decided to go for a walk with my wife after coming home from some errands and didn't want to walk with the cash. So I put it under the floor mat in the car and forgot that I did that. A few days later I went to the car wash and the girl that went to clean the mats came over and gave it to me. I was shocked because for days I thought that I had lost it. I will continue to be a loyal customer there.

A gentleman by the name of Warren took care of my car and did a phenomenal job detailing my very dirty neglected way past due for a car wash and vacuum car. He was very pleasant and a credit to that car wash. I don’t live in the area but wouldn’t hesitate to drive the 30 minutes to have him do my car. It actually looked waxed it was so well done, thank you Warren and my thanks to the manager of the car wash, they strive to make you have a great experience!

Let me share my story! I was going to get my car cleaned and I was astounded by not just the professionalism but how courteous and pleasant the staff was. And in the midst of complementing the service my wife was getting her car cleaned also, and they found a $20 bill balled up in a receipt underneath the backseat and returned it to her. No one would’ve known but they did that just the same. It blew me away so I had to share this experience!

The employees immediately greet you and provide the best service. I have been to many other car washes and they don’t leave my car as pristine as SureShine does. I am so impressed with this car wash! I paid for the super clean ($35) wash and detail. They vacuumed EVERYTHING floors, seats, trunk, the car seat! They made my tires shine and everything inside was sparkling clean. It was worth every penny PLUS tip ☺
