I’ve been coming here for years. As a single woman I’m very wary of mechanic shops but they’ve never done me wrong. The staff is always friendly. I’ve recently moved out of the area but still travel 30 minutes to come here because they’re the only ones I trust. People are complaining in these reviews about them being busy on Saturdays but don’t realize they’re the only ones in the area fully booked AND taking walk ins because so many people trust them. Whenever I come I do fully expect to wait and adjust my schedule accordingly. It’s worth it.

Highly recommend! Alex is so sweet. I was stranded on the road with two flats and pulled up right before closing and they were so helpful. Thank you Goodyear RPB glad to have a reputable tire shop around the corner from the house.

Stopped for an oil change. They were very busy so dropped vehicle off. Got a call a few hours later car was ready. Went to pick up, the bill was as expected with no up selling attempted. The manager was pleasant albeit over worked, he still had a sense of humor. I would take my vehicle here again should I need any work done in the future. The waiting room was clean, air conditioned, t.v., and coffee were available. You can see your vehicle through the window and a glass door to the service area. I felt comfortable and in good hands.

If you want a quality service and great customer service go here. Olis was great! But if you want 2 hours on the phone and headaches, use the Goodyear credit card. The $100 rebate for the 4 tires was not worth the headache. I got approved for a day earlier for an amount almost double my bill, and when i tried to pay the next day after the tires were installed, i was informed that only half of the bill was covered. After about 5-6 calls to them and 2 hours, the issue was resolved.

(manager)took me in right away. Even when they were low on staff!! 100% customer satisfied

I’ve been coming here for oil changes and tires for about 5 years, their the only ones I’ll trust. Staff has always been so friendly and helpful. As your typical “girly girl” that knows nothing about cars, I know I’m in the right hands here because they’ve always taken care of my car, nothing bad has happened afterwards, and their honest about pressing issues vs what can slide. Their not in it to take your money and not do the job. I recently moved out of royal Palm and now drive 25 mins just to come to this location.

I pulled in after 4:30 with a donut on my rim. They were slammed! But they were still able to get my tire repaired and back on my car in record time . They were very nice, courteous and the place was clean! I was amazed! A a big shout out to the best Goodyear tire store ever on Southern boulevard and Royal Palm Beach boulevard

My wife brought her car into Costco to have a slow leak repaired. She was told the tire could not be fixed and she needed 4 new tires. The car has 23,000 miles on it. I brought the car into Goodyear. They pulled a large nail out of the tire with the slow leak, plugged it and I was on my way in less than a half hour for $21.50 and no upsell about needing 4 new tires. Thanks for the great service.

Second time using this location for tire replacement. Much thanks to Danny Powell for the help and support for the last purchase experience. Danny handled my requests/concerns with true professionalism! The service staff also did a great job. See you for the next set of wheels, and will highly recommend this place of business.

Absolutely exceptional service whenever you are checked in and given an overview of your car and any maintenance by DANNY P. There is always a sense of worry if a car maintenance shop is trying to get over because you do not understand cars. Not at this location. Even being short staffed occasionally, DANNY still provides service worth coming back to, and with good reason. I can’t emphasize this enough to go where you understand and trust putting your money in so that business or location can stay in business. If DANNY was to relocate I would go to that location in a heartbeat.

First time I ever went to get my car serviced and had a good time with the staff. They were hilarious and so much fun, I almost forgot I spent $600 and 3 hours there lol. This will be my go to place. I would recommend more seating be placed in there for the busy days when customers don't have the option of leaving their car there. Overall great experience and atmosphere.

An honest business! Came in to replace my Silverado Good Year truck tires and Danny said I didn’t need to buy new tires. The tires just have normal surface cracks and they have plenty of life left in them. Saved me a ton of money and I appreciate their honesty.

Danny is a great manager who knows how to talk to his customers and make them feel welcomed and valued. He took my car in right away and had the work done quickly. Very professional!

Excellent excellent service all the mechanics and the service there were very friendly and very informative they did very good thorough work. And it was very nice to see how clean the shop was and how conscience they were with cleanliness of the customer's Vehicles including mine putting plastic on the steering wheel the seats and even using a paper placemat for the floor and they used clean gloves. I was very surprised to find their prices even on tires better than even Walmart. They were a hundred times better than any shop I've ever been to. Again excellent excellent service.! My car runs and drives like a dream now thanks to them.

Love this location and all the staff! Everyone is so cheerful and kind. They aren’t like other “competitors” that put tons of pressure on you to redo everything on your car when you came for one particular item. They are prompt and on time with their appointments. Keep up the great work, your customers appreciate you!

I came here for an alignment, got said alignment in a very timely/friendly fashion and that was that. They did a great job on the alignment, customer service was great, and they didn't try to up-sell me on ANYTHING... I felt very comfortable with them working on my work truck, and that's rare... Definitely recommend this place for vehicle repairs.

I have been working with Mike, the service manager for well over a decade. He takes excellent care of me, does not try to upsell me on nothing. He is pleasant, courteous, and the pricing is always very reasonable. I travel a ways to come and see Mike but at the end of the day, it is well worth it. He simply is the best I have worked with over the years! I would highly recommend Mike and his team for any car repair work that anyone would need. He should be recognized for a job well done!

Thank you so much to good year royal palm. I walked in 5 minutes before closing on a Saturday with a nail in my tire. Without hesitation they took the car back and fixed the tire. Everyone was so helpful and so nice. I’ll never go to another place for tires, oil change. I’m blown away by the customer service from all 4 employees I interacted with. Many thanks!

John & I believe his name was Mark were so nice & helpful. They were able to get me what I needed. I witness 2 really rude customer come in while I was speaking to John. They have no control over the line of cars ahead for service. People need to be more respectful & patient.

Mike Modica at the Southern Blvd location has taken great care of me since day one. He’s always up front and honest about everything and makes sure that my needs are met every time I walk into the shop. One of the best, if not the best, service managers I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with.
