The only store I’ll ever go to! On 2/16/2024 I came in to look for a phone, Edwin the manager helped me and tended to my all my questions in a nice respectfully manner , really made us feel comfortable. We previously went to 3 other stores but thought the pricing was a little to high but Edwin gave us the best price and went above and beyond to satisfy us. 10/10 experience will forever give my business here!

Edwin is THE MAN! He'll pull out all his tools to help you get the best deal he can and take very good care of you. Won't go to any other metro. Even if it's a trip...call first and make sure he's there. Amazing customer service.

Edwin was absolutely AMAZING! We went to 2 different Metro dealers who were not trustworthy or helpful before going to his store, but we walked in this location 10 minutes before closing and Edwin listened to our issues, helped find a solution and then stayed late to help us activate and walk out with a new phone! Great service, go see Edwin!

So I came in today to get a new phone and was expecting to see my buddy from years ago... Was greeted by a new gentleman by the name Edwin the new manager and I loved him more then my old buddy . He was marvelous,very patient and helped me transfer all my stuff. He put me in the phone I wanted and didn't pressure me to buy or get anything I was comfortable with. Will continue to forever give my business here!

Stopped in to replace my damaged phone and ended up getting a excellent deal on the new LGK40. They were also able to upgrade my hotspot, give me free Amazon prime and lowed my bill each month by $12! Thanks!

Kaiser is a fantastic guy to work with. He is very knowledgeable about his product line, and is always willing to go the extra mile to find the best solution. There are many metro pcs and T-Mobile stores, but I never take my business anywhere but here. Most recently my girlfriend and I both upgraded our phones to the top of the line model, and Kaiser was able to find us a great deal that saved me around 700 dollars had I just bought the phones outright online. I was also pleasantly surprised that despite having not been in the store for well over a year, maybe even 2 years, Kaiser remembered us! He asked a follow up question from a conversation we had 2 years ago! Really goes a long way to be treated like a valued customer, and that's why this location and specifically the owner, Kaiser, is my go to phone guy. Thanks again.

The staff at this store are great. Customers are welcomed with a sincere greeting, free to ask questions & receive clear understanding about any device. Customer satisfaction is the primary focus in this store & it shows in the atmosphere here. Your time in store is not a transaction, the staff has created an experience.

I’ve been with metro for a long time, My experience with Kiasers store has been great he know his stuff when it comes to cellular. Willing to spend the time to help his customers always not only make a purchase on the rite phone for them he is thorough enough to make sure you get what you need. Great store with awesome customer service.

The manager Jeremy was fantastic. I told him what features were important to me & he gave me exactly what I wanted & more for a great deal. It was a very easy, non stressful experience. Jeremy was our customer service Rep. He went over and above to make sure we were happy. Where as others would have just brushed us off. He definitely puts the customer first! Meanwhile, he was training a new employee and was prompt to answer any questions the trainee and customers may have had! Excellent Employee!!

Kaiser is the best sales rep. In the store. He does what he can to make sure each and every person that walks in the door, leaves happy and satisfied. He doesnt over charge and fully explains what goes on and makes sure you understand what your getting. The customer service in this store is beyond amazing. This store is always neat and organized. Very happy with their service.

For once when visiting this location they were not busy on the phone instead of taking care of customers. The clerk was friendly and answered my questions.

If I could give 100 stars, I would! I spent 2 days reading reviews and researching which store to go to and I obviously made a very wise decision! Kaiser was beyond helpful, completely knowledgeable and put the value of my service over the bottom line. If this is the customer service I can expect from metro then I’ll be a customer for life!!!

I had the very best experience with Jeremy today at MetroPCS, he helped me get my friend hooked up with better service and a great phone, he took the time to look at my phone and explain to me what made it run slow and showed me how to get the best use of my apps. This is the best customer service I have had in a long time.

The new store owner, Kaiser, t this location is AMAZING! My daughter went in yesterday to buy a new iphone and he was so helpful, fun and pleasant! He made this a very nice and smooth experience. :) Kaiser even threw in earbuds and two cell phone cases!!! I highly recommend this location.

It's Best to go to this Great Outlet for Metro while Jeremy is there if you have Needs other than paying your bill. I've discovered going on the weekends, or Mondays as who that Are there are not able to Help with an answer for people who are not expert's with the technology a Customer may Need Help to Better Understand What You Can Do without needing to Find time to go to the outlet to Ask. Most specifically the weekend I've found ones that don't have the understanding to Listen to your difficulty without simply taking your cell into their hands scrolling & looking while Not Listening to Your Need to Understand. 3x now have Proven what you are reading now. At Times, 3x is Not a Charm. It Is A Lesson ~ Definitely the Best outlet I've Ever gone to & This Is What's Made This Outlet, My Metro Store... Jeremy! The business cards in the tray of This Metro Have Jeremy's Name on Each For A Reason! Jeremy will not simply fix the difficulty you've found, and send you Away. Jeremy Will HelpTeach You How to Understand, AND Jeremy Will Answer The Phone. When I have asked, "Why don't you answer the phone here?" The Weekender says to Me, "if we have Customers, We Don't Answer the Phone..."
I responded trying to Help the One that said this to Me with, "Who do you Think are Calling?" A blank look. I Needed to Say This, " it's Customers Calling that Need a quick answer, or Little help needed."

The store manager Jeremy is always very professional, knowledgeable and is very customer friendly. All my questions are always answered and i always leave satisfied. I come from Clearwater because of the staff of this store. I highly recommend the extra drive for the experience. Thank you
