Kurt worked to meet my specs for a mid line gaming computer. He listened well and made good suggestions. Price was similar to Amazon but with 1year warrantee.

My boyfriend and I had an issue with our custom built PC overheating. After visiting Geek Squad and other computer repair business, I'm able to say this shop is the best in town. The prices are great and the work is warranted. The customer service is also excellent. It's nice to have your name remembered, and even better when they remember your schedule. We were able to drop off our PC without having to make an appointment. Every part of the PC was checked for errors, and I was called and kept updated throughout the repair process. After getting a new fan and power supply, our computer now runs great. They were even nice enough to carry it to my car! I definitely would recommend this place to anyone seeking a repair or interested in buying a computer or computer accessories. I definitely will be returning here for all of my computer related needs.

I appreciate how quickly they fixed my Mac Desk top...They were professional and most importantly had excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone who has any computer problems. This was such an amazing experience. I have gone to other repair stores and all I felt was the pressure to spend. The computer zone made me feel like their primary goal was to have me walk out with a laptop that worked in all the ways I wanted it to. I didn't even have to wait for days for them to help me. It was a one stop shop and I loved every second of it. AND they are VERY knowledgeable and explained my problems to me in ways I could understand. This is my new laptop repair place for life.

My Windows XP laptop died and I got new HP laptop with Windowa 10. I brought new and old laptops to Computer Zone, who we have been using for several years. They were able to save and transfer everything off my dead laptop into my new one. I was so happy to see my welcome page still had my and my granddaughter's picture on there. I was afraid it was lost forever. They did a fantastic job with everything and their customer service is outstanding. Blake was so helpful, kind and courteous and very patient since I am not real Tech savvy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs computer service. They are super nice to deal with and have lots of services available if needed. A big "Thank You" to them for making this transition easy for me.

I have been a customer with this company for many years. Their service, patience and kindness are unsurpassed with those of us who are computer challenged. They are always willing to assist in person and/or by phone. I have never had a negative experience with any of the staff. Robin, Blake and Mike are experts in their field. ALWAYS five star!!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys provide extremely personable and knowledgeable customer service. I Sat and waited while they worked on my computer (MAC) issues. While I waited I witnessed their support and patience with a diverse group of customers arriving with complicated and not-so-complicated issues. Prices are very fair and they offer many options to help all budgets.

The kitty and pup running around greeting folks is an added plus. This place rocks!

Great computer store! I needed help on how to use my new Windows. They took their time and explained everything step by step. They did not rush me or send me away until everything was done and I understood. I will be returning with more questions.

The owner went out to my elderly mother's residence, and worked efficiently to try to diagnose the problem, keeping me updated via text and phone during the visit and afterward. When the problem was not coming into quick focus, he offered to take the laptop to his shop to be able to work on it more economically, but first he checked other computers in the building, and found they also had the same problem, which indicated it was probably a facility problem and not with my mother's computer. He was professional, courteous, worked quickly, charged a reasonable fee to come out and per hour, and he indicated willingness to work with me as the client without overcharging. He was also courteous and helpful to my mother. I will definitely be calling him in the future if computer service is needed.

Awesome place! The guys there were very easy going, friendly and professional. I took my computer here for diagnosis and repair and they delivered on both. Geek Squad couldnt do either of those with twice the amount of time. I will not take my PC anywhere else now.

I have been going to Computer Zone since They opened up in the early 2000's The owner Robin has been excellent and honest and knows His work and has gotten Me out of many jams. His current staff is also excellent, I recommend taking Your computer there for work and recommend the Monthly maintenance contract where they go on Your computer ( while Your sitting at home ) on-line, and do all updates and make sure Your system is running properly for only $20 a month. Give Computer Zone a try.

One of the best computer shops around town, fast service, FAIR prices. When I came in with my dads dell with a broken power switch not only did they fix the switch but they also swapped out they power supply AT NO EXTRA COST because it was failing test. These guys went above and beyond to make sure my dad's desktop was done right I wil be coming back.

I have come to this place for years and they have always taken good care of me. Their prices aren't the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for. They are by far the fastest too. I usually get my computer back within a day or two... other places are a week or more. Highly recommended.

Computer Zone has helped me through the years. When I have a problem and I call, the owner comes right out and fixes the problem right away. I never have to wait, he just comes and gets it fixed. He brings a van with all kinds of parts to fix anything. Absolutely amazing.

Computer Zone is the only computer repair shop I use. Three times they have gone above and beyond what I expected, and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with everything. I can't recommend them enough.

Our Company has been using Computer Zone for all our computer needs. They remote in when we are closed and keep all of our machines up to date and maintained. They even do a remote back up of all our data. Computer Zone is jus great.

Great place to go! The owner helped me with everything from picking out a new laptop to transferring all my data over. They spent over 2 hours with me teaching me the new laptop. Great guys.
