Life In Motion Physical & Hand Therapy

This was my first experience with having to go to physical therapy and I'm very happy I chose Life in motion. The first time I nervously walked in I was greeted with smiles and very friendly hellos. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

I was very skeptical of PT cause I felt my pain was a pain where I may have needed a surgery. But Josh assured me he had a plan. And wow he was correct. I followed his instructions in my PT appointments and did my assigned work at home and less than 2 months later. I'm feeling so much better. No surgery needed.

Josh and his team Corrine, Mike and Justin are the best. They all kept a watchful eye on me to make sure I was doing things correctly and encouraging me to do my best. And Josh listens to his patients. Not a lot of Doctors today do that... BUT he does.

I'm so happy I chose Life in motion. If I ever need PT again, they are the FIRST call I'll make!

PT does not get any better than this place. I came here for shoulder issues couple years ago and now back for knee replacement rehab. Josh and Carlos do a wonderful job with manual manipulation, which makes a great difference in rehab in my opinion. Then you are off to do your excercises under watchful eyes of their assistants. Everyone is friendly and warm. You feel like you are a part of family. I will never again waste my time in a corporate rehab place where therapists have too many patients to give them full attention. Life in Motion is a small, boutique operation, where you get personalized treatment and attention. Thanks guys! You are the best!

This place is extremely knowledgeable. They have taken into account all of my surgeons notes and protocol. They follow protocol precisely and at the same time will push/encourage you to make improvements based on your healing progress. My surgeon had complimented this office because they have me walking again and building muscle as I should. Finally they truly care about their patients, their safety and their healing. Thank you to the entire team here.

In all my years of doing physical therapy , the staff in this clinic has , by far been the friendliest , most professional, and most patient. They take the time to really explain the rehab and why each step is needed. I feel like a million bucks now thanks to Carlos and the rest of the clinicians and techs.

I can’t recommend them more. Josh and the whole staff took great care of me after a work knee injury. Got me back to normal and showed me exercises that I’ll continue to use. Great staff and a fun atmosphere while putting you in excruciating pain for your own good. Thanks.

This is the third therapy office my daughter has been to in the past 2.5 years and we will never go to another therapy office. Josh and the entire staff is very knowledgeable and they are all so friendly. They take the time to explain things to each patient and it doesn’t feel like the therapist is just going through the motions so they can move onto the next patent. Had my first appointment today for back pain. Cannot say enough good about it from the moment I stepped in the door. The front desk staff greeted me promptly, got my paperwork, and were very kind.

I was quickly taken back for my appointment. Each and every staff member was very friendly. It had a family-like atmosphere, and the staff were fantastic at their job. Once I got back there it was straight into identifying the issue. From there he explained what the issue was and went into treatment. Very glad I was referred there and very much looking forward to future appointments!

I had a stroke which affected the strength and dexterity of my hand. I consider myself very fortunate to have found Life In Motion and Scott, the therapist.
I've regained strength and mobility due to his expertise in that field. He's also pointed me in the right direction so that I continue this at home. I've had other therapists in the past for other body parts but none can compare to the ones at Life in Motion.

The best physical and occupational therapy office in Florida by far, exceeded my expectations 10 fold. Adrien was my therapist and she was an exceptional one at that, took the time to get to know me and my family. Whenever I brought my daughter with me, EVERYONE gave her attention which neither one of them had to do. Truly magnificent front desk in Sam and Ashley. A warm and inviting environment, peaceful, everyone keeps a smile on their face that's real, each person speaks to you, knows your name, and is concerned about your recovery whatever it may be. I highly recommend them to anyone. Whatever you have to do to get into therapy, do it, then come to life in motion for the best experience.

Carlos and the Staff are awesome. Tammara, Josh and Christina worked on my shoulder. Even though all three worked on me, I want to say Christina worked with me the most and was great. I highly recommend Life in Motion to everyone who needs rehab. Way to go and I’ll see you all down the road.

Life In Motion gave me back my wrist. I had prior experience with therapy that was not positive, but the team at Life In Motion was amazing. They created a plan that helped me get full motion in my hand. They adjusted the schedule so I could complete all of my treatment. Overall, excellent experience and excellent recovery. I do not want to have surgery again, but if I ever need it, I want the team at Life in Motion to handle my recovery therapy.

Friendly Therapists and Techs with exceptional knowledge of the body, how to relieve pain, and what to do to help strengthen and encourage muscular healing. I would recommend this place to my family and friends any day. They helped me to get back to running from a rolled ankle injury after 6 months of pain. Great establishment! Keep up the good work!

About 8 months after neck surgery, I went to Life in Motion. My neck was sore most of the time.Every one at Life in Motion puts you at ease and is very professional. After my neck pain was taken care of, then my right hip was sore and tender. My it band was tight and Christina loosened up the muscle near my hip and my pain level is so much better! I highly recommend LIM to anyone who is post surgery or suffers from muscle pain.

appreciate a clean, organized and professional atmosphere. This therapy facility actually exceeded my expectations in every way. I would and do highly recommend their services when you are in need of

The staff at Life in Motion Physical Therapy helped me to improved my flexibility, strength, and stamina. I can do more now phsically with far less pain and discomfort than I thought was possible. The therapists are professional and caring. They work with you to achieve your goals. I highly recommend their practice.

I’m Frank, I have been bothered by lower back and knee pains for over 6 years as my career path involves a lot of running and lifting. I’ve been to physical therapy at 3 different Air Force bases, as well as 4 different physical therapy offices in Tampa, St. Pete, and West Chase. I found this little place called Life In Motion out in Pinellas County just off of Hwy 19. The staff here is very friendly, and what they do is like nothing I have ever experienced in all of my visits to physical therapy at other locations. The staff combines heat, a physical massage therapy, followed by PT, and ice. It’s a combo that has truly helped relieve much of my chronic pain issues. I love this place and have moved all of my therapies to Life In Motion because they are just that good. I would recommend coming here first before any other place if you are in need of some physical therapy.

LIFE IN MOTION REVIEW:
I have had back issues for years. Two back surgeries and years of working on my feet have
increased my back pain issues over time.
In 2017 I was again at the doctors office seeking relief from nerve pain in my legs and feet.
After cortisone shots, prescriptions and a consultation with a surgeon, I decided I wanted to go
with the least invasive treatment. I asked my physician if I could try physical therapy for relief.
It had given me relief in the past.
I asked to be referred to Life in Motion because of a previous experience with their office for
hand therapy.
Carlos was patient, kind and caring. His therapy gave me back my back! I have full mobility and
significant reduction in pain and numbness. I still use the techniques he taught me to ease
stiffness and occasional aches.
I would recommend Carlos to anyone seeking to manage their back pain.

First, I would like to say that Life In Motion has been an amazing experience for me. Not only is it one of the most welcoming places I have been but also all the staff is very friendly and treat you like family. Adrienne was my therapist and when I started going I could barely pick up a grocery bag but now I can pick up cars! Just kidding but really, I feel normal again and I feel that all the challenges are gone. To everyone at Life In Motion, thank you for all your help through this process. Life in Motion is amazing! The PTs and PTAs are so knowledgeable. I went from hip pain that sidelined me from running to completing two 50k races while working with them to strengthen muscle imbalances. Both races went super well! I just completed the second 50k this past weekend. I ran faster than the first and had no hip, glute or groin pain! Thanks for getting me strong and healthy again!!

The physical therapists and technicians at Life in Motion were the most caring and genuine professionals! They kept me extremely motivated and informed me about what to expect day to day and week to week! After such a devastating injury, I am now confident I will make a full recovery!
