I can highly recommend The Kimmel Institute! I had a sclerotherapy procedure on my legs and it was extremely fast and virtually painless. I was very nervous prior to the procedure, but Lilia was very kind and comforting, and explained the procedure in detail. Dr. Kimmel is an amazing doctor - very professional, knowledgeable and kind. I am SO happy Dr. Kimmel was referred to me by my primary care doctor. Dr. Kimmel and his entire staff are awesome! You will not be disappointed!

I highly recommend the Kimmel Institute. For years I suffered from bad varicose veins, at this clinic I had the laser treatment and vein removal procedure. I was very happy with the results so I recommended Dr. Kimmel to my aunt and my mom. My mom travel from outside the USA to have the same vein procedures I had.

I am very happy I went to the Kimmel Institute to have sclerotherapy treatment for my spider veins. I had a number of areas to be treated. The treatment does involves getting injections but the doctor has great skills and I experienced very little discomfort and the staff are very kind and caring. I highly recommend the Kimmel Institute.

Dr. Kimmel was very patient with me (the patient!) and answered all of my questions. So many doctors seem rushed but he was very friendly and was great during my procedure. His team is fantastic too - all very friendly, knowledgeable and always asked if I had any questions. The facilities are very well kept - you feel almost like you're in a spa! I would love to edit my previous review because honestly I haven’t mentioned enough how grateful I am about my recent procedures that was performed by Dr. Kimmel with his assistant Melissa and nurse
Michelle. I got pretty ugly varicose veins and I’m so glad that made decision to get those removed by Dr Kimmel, he’s very professional with fabulous bedside manners ,kind heart and he did fantastic job. What really made the difference is the fact that he was able to explain something that was worrying me . On my right leg after procedure there was lump that was really worrying me and he assured me that if this is pretty common and if it’s not going to dissolve in couple of weeks he’s going to make it go away .He has gift understanding that we as patients don’t understand sometimes what’s going on and he has patience of saint to explain everything so it makes sense to us . The fact that he made me feel better about it and explained everything in such a kind words made me his most loyal patient forever. I’ve got so much bad experience with some doctors in the past but I promise you that you can 100% trust Dr. Kimmel . Just don’t hide your legs in long pants ( we’re in Florida, it’s shorts and skirts all year long state 😂) and give them a call today and you will never regret your decision!!! Melissa is the sweetest person you can ever imagine, she’s great with diagnosing every little detail, she was able to find on ultrasound some hidden areas that needed to be addressed during procedure and I wouldn’t know about it without her outstanding eye for details. That and her beautiful personality makes me always looking forward my next appointment. Nurse Michelle is my little guardian Angel that doesn’t leave my side during all process and she will hold my hand for comfort. All procedures were like going to the spa , you can even choose the music you would like to listen to. And all team has such a great sense of humor, I never laughed on operating table before. I literally was having a good time 😊 Thank you so much Dr Richard, Melissa and Michelle, this was the best experience ever and I really mean it !!
Of course I would never end this review without mentioning my great ladies at the front desk who are so kind and polite that the moment you walk in it feels like home. There is one more gem that Dr Kimmel has in his office , Michelle Raissis who is amazing Medical Esthetician and Laser Technician. She will make you face look so beautiful and glowing that you will be sending yourself kisses anytime you look in the mirror. Don’t miss that opportunity, I promise you she is really talented. I was extremely happy that I decided to chose The Kimmel Institute for my leg surgeries. In April 2019, Dr. Kimmel performed laser surgery on both my legs to rectify a problem I was having with my main vein in each.
