Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable of all products. I won't go any other store for my needs. They treated me like family Polo Shoppes is the best

Ashlee was so helpful. I've had my issues like all with ATT customer service, but Ashlee is clearly the other person. I’ve been trying to see where my $700 rebate from an old iPhone (I mailed in a few months ago) was. Anyway, Ashlee was very helpful and patient as we called in to the ‘trade in team’ to see what was going on. It turns out we had to schedule a phone call the following week because the other department we needed was closed.

Sure enough I meet Ashlee today and we called back. Not only did we get a really cool and helpful person WHO CARED what was going on, but he emailed me and will keep me abreast of the status of the missing rebate. That’s all I could ever ask for. Ashlee exceeded all expectations and its very much appreciated. All future purchases will be made through her as I would like to help her back by giving her future phone sales, etc., for my business account. You rock Ashlee!

The Rep was very knowledgeable of the different phones and features and was able to assist me on picking the correct phone even though it took me some time he was very patient with me and always had a happy smile

I went to the Regency AT&T store to transfer information from my defective iPhone to an insurance replacement. This can be a cumbersome and frustrating task if using the instructions sent with the device. Jerson Castillo and Pablo Ulloa were patient, courteous and helpful throughout the process. While the software on my phone was being installed, I witnessed JC and Pablo assisting another customer with a problem outside the scope of their responsibility regarding an app. Again, they were very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this AT&T location for purchasing and servicing AT&T products.

Tiffany was amazing with us. She was kind and patient with my parents. She helped transfer phone numbers and helped activate a new phone for us. I will definitely recommend her to my friends!!
