Publix Super Market at Polo Club Shops

I absolutely love this Publix! Always good vibes! I am a FL native, but I live in another state, every time I’m in town, I make sure to stop by here! The customer service manager Jimmy is always nice and helpful! This store is my favorite!

I moved to Highland Beach two years ago from Miami. I'm a loyal Publix Shopper (no, it is NOT more expensive than other supermarkets, that is perception. You think it's more because the stores are clean and they carry out your groceries), the stores near my home fell a bit short of my expectations. The stores in Miami are 99% remodeled or rebuilt and much larger. Then I found the store at the Polo Club Shops! I felt at home, it's so clean, well stocked, large, fantastic employees and the greatest Pharmacy EVER! This is now MY Publix. It may seem trite to some however where you shop and spend your money is something I think is important. At closing you are not even aware its that time. No one is making annoying announcements every two minutes, for employees to bring their purchases to the front. Do other Publix Markets think their customers are stupid? We know what that awful announcement really means, stp it! We have choices of where we want to shop and its not at a store that values locking the door exactly at closing so you can go home. Mr. Jenkins would be so disappointed to hear some of the screeching things I've heard at different Publix’s. These stores should simply close earlier, because they are not open for business one hour prior to closing, they are closed! At the Polo Club Shops, you will NEVER hear these terrible announcements, no, you will hear great music. You'll see Robert in Produce smiling as he fills those &@$^ bananas, and Josh at the Deli greeting each and every customer with his kind and sincere ways, all of the other associates smiling asking if you need help rather than avoiding eye contact at all cost! The associates here make eye contact (none have passed away because they did), they are “old school” employees. A Joy to shop with.

This newly renovated place is awesome and very convinient. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. There was once my hubby had an issue with the item and the manager took control of the situation and solved it. He was very impressed. Also, the veggie isle was fresh. Depending on when we come, sometimes the run out of my Panera soup, so when i get there, i purchase a lot! They also do have a second floor were you can have a coffee and snack and oversee the store from above.
There was a situation wherein we were a bit like... jaw dropping when we found out they did not have a helium for the balloons. Of course, it was not Publix fault. Just saying. At any rate, the timing was probably off. Oh, and they also have a western union, which charges lesser than the bank.
While there is parking at the back, be mindful at the front. The turning radius is tight when its busy, most especially the holidays.

I had a fantastic experience at this grocery shop! The staff was friendly, the store was well-organized, and they had a wide variety of fresh produce and quality products. I'll definitely be returning for my shopping needs.
Sandwich corner need mote attention

I loved there, friendly staff and great food.
I found a frozen duck that's my faborite thing with an also frozen white rice. Restaurant quality meal at the confort of your home. Trust me!

Lots of variety for items but prices are hella high. Not sure if all of Florida is like this but the discount card/number is essential for shopping here. Nice place inside. Lots of produce from which to choose. Parking is a nightmare but I can expect nothing different from any other overpopulated areas.

I went to the front counter and the customer service was beyond my expectations. I ordered two Cookie cakes for Work and they were huge. The woman at Customer Service got the cakes for me from the bakery and even brought them out to my vehicle as well. This is one of the best publications that I have been to.

They have the newest standalone deli. For a brand new store it is very impressive and well staffed. There's an upstairs eating area much like whole foods.

I ordered a cake at this location for my daughter’s first birthday, and it came out sooo beautiful. The decorator had taken my “wants” to change a previously square cake design with different colors, into a two-tier, round cake. Just beautiful! I added my own toppers, and it came out just as I imagined. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

I ordered a cake from their bakery for a birthday dinner, and had it customized. As usual Publix did not disappoint!! In fact they exceeded my expectations, and everyone at our dinner party raved about the cake! I was blown away by not only how beautifully decorated it was, but also how delicious it was as well. The guest of honor loved it, which was most important! Also, quick shout out to their employees at this location. Always super friendly and helpful. I picked my cake up from customer service yesterday, and they were wonderful! Thank you, Publix!

Brand new location. Clean. Well stocked. Sufficient parking and checkout counters. This location has a pharmacy and hot food stations for fresh food options. Accessible customer service representatives. Friendly staff. Wide range of produce options and bakery for custom orders

Busy location fully stock store mostly younger crowd shops there busy plazz hard to find parking most of the time friendly staff clean store.

This Publix has great staff and is always very clean and well stocked. Julia at the deli is always very sweet and helpful. Everyone I have have requested assistance from is always happy to help!

Publix is truly a gold standard grocery store. I feel their prices are in line with everyone else. Sometimes you do need to price compare on certain items bit that's true anywhere you go. What sets Publix apart is the high quality of their produce, bakery, and deli options. I feel like everything lasts longer and is in better condition than from the competition.

They remodeled this Publix. This is the second most beautiful Publix I have ever seen. The staff is awesome. The place is so clean, the dining area is great! I wish I could give this place 6 stars
